About this apartment rental
Surf Watch at Topsail Dunes is an oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo overlooking the community pool and Atlantic ocean. This first floor end unit is easily accessible by ramp or a short set of steps.
Upon entering the condo, you will arrive into a spacious open concept kitchen, living, dining area and a gorgeous ocean view. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck complete with table and chairs and a chest with beach toys for use during your stay.
The oceanfront master king bedroom with its private bath has ocean views with direct access to the deck. The second bedroom facing the playground and grilling area has a full size bed with a single pullout trundle. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. A full size cot located in the master bedroom closet is also available.
Off of the hallway between the two bedrooms is a second full bathroom with a tub and a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and granite countertops provides a convenient space for meal preparation. Pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes are provided.
Topsail Dunes Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in North Topsail Beach, NC. The resort includes three oceanfront buildings, an oceanfront swimming pool as well as a playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe court, corn hole and grilling area. The community pool is generally open seasonally (May-Sep) and decisions about opening are managed by the Topsail Dunes HOA.
Surf Watch is Unit 3114, an end unit located on the first floor of Building 3, the only building with an elevator. This first floor unit is completely accessible due to the ramps from the parking lot and to the pool. The condo is perfectly located overlooking greenspace and the community pool with breathtaking ocean views. As an end unit, it has additional windows and fewer shared walls for additional privacy. Surf Watch is also located beside the resort picnic/grilling area that includes a playground, basketball court, horseshoe pits and bocce ball court.
Bed linens and Towels are included with no extra fees.
We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and basic soaps to get you started.
Pets are not allowed per HOA rules.
Pools/Hot Tubs open seasonally.

We had a great weekend at this condo! Very roomy & well appointed. We took our 3 year old and elderly parents and it served everyone perfectly. Nice large ramp up to the condos was great for wheeling luggage and great for my dad with his walker. Stairs lead straight to the condo from the parking lot also - very convenient location w/ quick & easy beach/pool access. Thoughtful additions like beach toys, towels & chairs and the kitchen had everything you could need. Hosts were very attentive & responsive to any questions, would definitely book again!

We loved the condo and the updates they had done, kitchen was nice and updated, furniture was in great shape. The linens and beach towels were provided which made it nice not to have to pack it. They also had some beach chairs and toys to use as well. The location was easy access to the pool and beach. Owners were very easy to work with and answered questions quickly. This is our second time at Topsail North in this complex, and this was our best visit yet!

This condo is located in the perfect spot in North Topsail. It’s away from noise and traffic and close to the beach and pool. The view was wonderful. We especially appreciated the condo quiet time starting at 9pm; it helped to ensure a relaxing stay. Jim and Tami were great to rent from, communication was super easy and they were very helpful. We hope to visit again one day.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with top-notch amenities. We had plenty of room to spread out and we were right on the beach. The hosts were great!

Had an amazing stay even though Tropical Storm Ophelia had other plans. We had 1.5 good days of weather but Ophelia arrived. The condo was as good as advertised. Clean, well stocked and great views of ocean and pool. Jim and Tami were very responsive and great hosts. Jim even took time out of his schedule to drive to the condo to check out the roads for us as a lot of other renters were leaving early. 10/10 hosts, would highly recommend.

Property was just as described perfect for my wife and I. Super clean unit with beautiful views from the deck of the beach and pool area not to mention steps away from both. The weather also cooperated all week! Jim and Tami were awesome hosts and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We'll definitely be back

My family and I had a wonderful time at Jim and Tami’s condo. They were so accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was so clean when we got there, you can tell they take very good care of the condo. The pool was an added bonus! Clean pool area. The condo was very cute, clean and it had everything I needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner for my Marine son. We enjoyed seeing fishing boats and dolphins from the balcony. Would absolutely rent again.

Our daughter has recently moved to the area, so we came down to visit. We had never been to Topsail before and really enjoyed the stay! The condo was exactly as listed and we enjoyed the extras like board games and books! Thanks Jim and Tami for sharing your home.

The location within the Topsail Dunes Resort was absolutely wonderful. Could park near the steps and walk up one flight (13 steps) and the door was right there.! No long walks to the beach or anytime you left the area. There are carts and a large ramp you can use initially. You never have to get on an elevator unless you want or need to.
The master was a large king bed with a full bath. The 2nd bedroom had what looked like a double (not queen) and a little too small for two adults who are just "friends" . One of our four adults just slept on the couch because of that and the fact that there was no TV in that 2nd room. The 2nd bath was off the hallway (not attached to the 2nd room itself.
Other than that, it was wonderful!!! Would definitely go back.

Perfect Family Spot
This was the absolute perfect spot for our little family of 4 vacation. It was so easy to get settled in, it felt like home right away. The beach & pool access was a breeze and kept my kids busy and happy without much effort… which is great for a busy mom & dad who needed a break too!! The patio was perfect for morning coffee or wine after kid bedtime - ocean view and so relaxing. We would stay a million times again and again. The place was SO clean as well. Truly grateful to the owners for operating such a gem.

Nice place to get away
This was a pretty nice place to get away. Main living area was spacious. Ocean views (can’t really see the beach because of the dunes and pool). Pool is also nice, but closes at 8.
The pullout bed was great for my 9 year old. The secondary bedroom bed in that room was fine for my 13 year old.
Floors are all tile/laminate/vinyl so sand isn’t buried in carpet. Overall it was pretty clean. Well stocked with what you needed - plenty of hand soap and toilet paper was already there.
Easy check in and checkout. Some pool bands were MIA when we arrived and they got us one quickly when we notified them.
No real issues here at all. If we came back to North Topsail Beach we’d stay here again for sure. There aren’t loads of dining options in the area, so plan to eat early, wait a while, or eat in the unit.
