The location and the hotel was beautiful
I would have loved it if they had some pavers leading to the swimming pool so we didn’t step on all the sand but other than that everything was beautiful
8.0
Beach access, and beach facilities, breakfast included top notch! Service by hotel staff was amazing
Bathroom really needs maintenance.

It’s a scam !!! Don’t go !!!
I’m not one to complain but my limit is getting insulted by the manager…
They had fake tourists taxes and they say the currancy us usd but they make you pay in Mexican dollar using an exchange rate how’s just insulting… they make 30 cent on the dollar. Sadly we noticed to late…
Also the breakfast is an insult to Mexican cuisine. How can you over cook rice 3 days in arrow. And if you ask for any changes they ask you to pay cash which is really shady.
When you try to talk to the manager be prepared to be insulted…
It really left a sad not on the end of our vacation…

everything was excellent, especially the location!
4.0
view from the bar, cozy small hotel
dirty, small rooms,ac almost doesnt work, terrible restroom

The bed was comfortable and the room was by the pool, so the immediate setting was quite nice. Great place to see the sunrise. The pool was clean and refreshing.
Overall we did not like this area of Tulum....very crowded, noisy, lots of traffic. The beach was very small and had about 2 feet of seaweed on it, making it undesirable and nearly impossible to swim. The toilet did not fill and men had to come 3 times to fix it. Parking is expensive and across the street. Some staff were rude and this pace was very expensive for what it is.

Lovely little boutique hotel, at the beach, beautiful place, little sea view restaurant with soothing music, must try shrimp tacos:) little pool, but with warm water, kids loved it. View from terrace was also charming. We were sad when checking out. Thank you for our stay
At the beginning we got a really dark room, next to restaurant, we did not like it, so super nice and smiling manager agreed to change it. It was really nice!

we were SO impressed with the special touches from the staff. we were offered a bottle of wine in the room upon check in for our anniversary (thank you/gracias!!!) and the maids decorated the bed lovely with greenery, petals and towel arrangements. we were so touched and grateful for this welcome. the maids would bring in baskets to hold our fruit, very sweet. everything we asked for (ice, a knife to use etc, was given without hesitation) The location was set on a private beach (cove) and very quiet and tranquil. The rooms were so beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. fridge was wonderful to have to keep snacks and drinks cold. the full breakfast was wonderful - especially to have 3 options!
be mindful breakfast does not start until 8 so if you have early morning plans, don’t expect to eat until 815 at the earliest. also the bathroom was a wee small. my husband is 6 feet tall and his knees nearly touched the wall while using the bathroom so something to consider for those tall guests. i on the other hand don’t have any issues. overall amazing stay and good value.

Location was great. Staff pleasant.
The fact non residents can use toilet facilities from beach makes it a continuous stream of people walking past your room. Resort in desperate need of maintenance. Breakfast offers same one of 3 options becomes monotonous.

I loved the decor and the vibe! The property was right on the beach. You just walk out of your room and your there. You are also right next to everything…other beaches, restaurants and the ruins. And there is a restaurant right there too. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay!!!
Not a thing. Everything was great!

The beach was really close and service high quality
We stayed in apartment no. 6. The room was tiny and dark, it is really visible that the room craves for at least cosmetic renovation, like re-paint it. Room lighting could be way better. Small bed for two persons. Also the beach was not maintained there were a lot of sea weed on the shore which out of their hand, but still it was not cleaned at all.

great location… delicious restaurant on property… clean…staff very friendly
we had a little problem with the flush of the bathroom but it was solved by the manager very quickly also I would like to recommend another type of toilet paper ( the white ones are better for woman).

This was amazing. Absolute beachfront, laid back vibe with a fabulous breakfast. We spent a magical four days here relaxing.
Tulum is expensive! All the restaurants are overpriced and to taxi into Tulum central is a whopping 400 pesos for 4km. ouch. Come prepared to spend some serious cash and you will be fine.

Location. The kitchen served excellent food. The room was clean.
There was no TV. There was no desk, only a small table I pulled up to the edge of the bed. On one day there was an odor from the sink. The service sometimes wanted when waiting for coffee or on the beach. No parking available. The door key was like from another century.

We enjoyed our time staying at Punta Piedra, hammocks and day beds on the beach were great for relaxing. Bike rental places close so able to ride into town or further down to restaurants. Free breakfast was a great addition and the staff were lovely.

When booking this place I loved the fact it was just right on the beach. The photos online have sold it to me.
The room was very small for 2 people but at the same time cosy. The room was clean and serviced every day. I really liked the fact there was an AC and fan on the ceiling too.
Both guys in reception were very nice and helpful throughout our stay.
Would I stay there again? Definitely yes, but not for longer than 3 days as I found the facilities not suitable for a longer stay.
Just a small suggestion:
As the hotel is on the beach, may I suggest you provide a little sweeper and dustpan in each room to get rid of the sand?
Breakfast was soooo.... basic. (Breakfast was served by the next-door restaurant so has kinda nothing to do with the hotel itself) You only had the option of juice or coffee. Scrambled eggs, omelette or sweet pancakes with fruits. If you want tea or water you'll have to pay extra!
The property itself is literally on the public beach so I found the security questionable as anyone could just walk in from the back.
We were 2 friends staying in one bungalow but the fact we had only been given one key was quite annoying when we wanted to do the separate stuff.

Beachfront, staff and swimming pool
Extra charge of 74USD for my 12 years old son for 2 nights without extra bed. It is very expensive.

Nice pool, great view from the breakfast area, nice beach, wonderful patio.
Bathroom was quite small and dark but all everything worked. Dinner is quite expensive.

7.0
location, plunge pool and tranquility, great food and friendly staff
Royal Suite terrace had no comfy cushions to sit on the bench. Beach furniture needed refurbing.
restaurant needed a lick of paint.
The hotel obviously decided not to pay for the sargassum to be removed, unlike other nearby properties. Repetitive breakfasts.
