This property has beautiful views of the beach and ocean. It's a smaller space ideal for a couple or young family. Visited with my husband and 18 year old daughter. Having one small bathroom for the three of us to share proved to be challenging, but we made it work. Highly recommend stopping by Celtic Creamery for the best ice cream!

Very clean house. Great location on the beach. Very friendly owner. She gave us a call to let us know we could check in early if we were in town waiting. Two things I missed a full length mirror and a chaise lounge on deck. But this didn’t have any effect on our vacation. Perfect week of weather. Perfect spot.

We had a great week at this property. It was perfect for myself, husband, and our son. It is exactly as pictured and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and had anything we needed for cooking meals everyday. The beach access is so simple and we enjoyed the view from the upstairs deck. The beach was wonderful and not crowded whatsoever. Deanna was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. I would stay here again if I returned to North Topsail Beach.

I think the TV in the main room needs to be lowered about a foot and a half because everybody has to tilt their head way back to see it😊 also a little bigger couch possibly an L-shaped one to make the living area a little more comfortable to relax in at night. Very nice accommodations and it’s wonderful to have oceanfront.

This was the first week long vacation I’ve taken since 2015 and it was wonderful! My favorite spot was the top deck in the rocking chair. Beautiful view of the ocean, moon and stars! The house was clean with all of the amenities I needed. I would love to come back and stay again.

Husband and I needed a getaway, and this place was perfect! Views were unbeatable, kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfortable. It's far enough away from things not to feel commercial, but close enough to lots of good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Deanna was awesome - immediately helpful when something was broken. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I wanted a spring vacation at the beach to enjoy quiet walks and a peaceful place. The Surf was perfect! Simple and tastefully decorated, it was clean and well equipped. Our son and daughter- in-law also decided to come for a couple days and it accommodated two couples well. Deanna was a friendly, helpful and unobtrusive hostess. The Surf is just as represented on the site. I highly recommend it and would stay again!

My mom and I spent a week here. We had everything we needed and more. The location and views are unbeatable. The beach feels like your own, it’s so peaceful and quiet. We saw dolphins from the deck on severally occasions. The sound of the ocean can be heard from every room. I appreciated the outdoor shower/ faucet to rinse off the sand! Deanna was very responsive and gave us whatever we needed, as well as respected our privacy. She was a fantastic host, I can’t recommend her or this location more!

The house was exactly what we needed for a two week getaway from Michigan.Due to my 82 year old mother not going anywhere since 2020 when Covid started, I booked this house as a way to just getaway and enjoy the beach.The house had everything to make this our home and relax. I cooked everyday using the abundance of supplies that were stocked in the kitchen.Sitting on the decks and watching dolphins was a highlight of our stay. Access to the beach was perfect for daily walks and great sea shell findings.I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing stay.

The ocean views from the upper deck were wonderful: gorgeous sunrises, dolphin sightings, and relaxing views of the ocean. The proximity to the beach provided easy access for beach walks. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was very nice to have linens and towels included in the rental price. Since we were there for a month it was very helpful to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen we have experienced in a beach rental with enough cookware, bakeware. and cooking utensils to prepare any meal you might like. The owner, Deanna, was helpful in answering any questions. We had a relaxing and memorable month by the sea.

Just what I needed

What a great house and get away. The house was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked to cook. The TVs had nice options and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is great and nothing beats sitting out on that deck and the easy access to the beach. I was alone part of my trip and felt very safe.
