The Location was perfect? We loved the pool and the large accomadations.

The sofa needs to be replaced. That's the only thing, we loved this place!

The suite was wonderful. We had the pool view. All amenities were in working condition! The pool was wonderful and it was extremely safe. All the guests were very friendly as well.

The basic supplies for a 1 week stay were not available, including: a dish rage, small dish soap, etc.

It was really clean, the rooms were nicely air conditioned. Check in was a breeze. Pool is beautiful.

First the employees exceptional to help you. The rooms are good for a family and a kitchen with fridge & stove.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The pool and outdoor area was really lovely.

I didn't realize you the kitchen is not stocked with dish soap and tea towels.

The location

Lack of management in follow rules of the pool. Garbage , food , eating and drinking on glass on the pool area .Children without any parental or lack of parental supervision regardless of other people in the pool .The notice of all rules in the paper doesn't make any sense if nobody make sure everyone they are follows .Lack of clean and clear water over the pool especially on long weekends . Where people jump with clothes and shoes and there are not mandatory showers before entering in the pool .

Price compared to other options . Served our purpose for limited time spent there

Hard to reach staff. No extra toilet paper. Towel was dirty/discolored. Not enough towels. Did not realize in time to request more. Pool did not seem too clean. . Kitchenware seen better days.

my suite was right in front of a gate that i was told was for staff only, yet guest after guest used that gate but i had to walk all the way around the first building. every day, every time i went out.

Comfortable bed. Café across the road was great and easy waking distance to shops & Beach.

Unhelpful staff (more interested looking at their phone than to help us), not clean, half of the kitchen utensils were missing or dirty, no way to lock door from inside (it auto locked but no latch), broken latches on window so didn't feel secure. Bathroom sink leaks water from plumbing underneath. Pool was green and murky so didn't swim. Overall disappointing and definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The location is great w/everything in walking distance - shopping, restaurants & bars, beach... The property is clean & well maintained. The accordian sliding balcony glass door was a surprise & loved the 2 layers of blinds (vs curtains). AC in each bedrm & living space a plus along with ceiling fans in each room. Pool managed well & was always so inviting.

The (true) double bed too small to sleep together comfortably. Would have been nice to have a key to entrance near our building vs only to parking gate. Some people did have, not all guests provided. The TV was disappointing, could only get 1 channel.

This property is very well situated with many restaurants around. It was clean. The pool, pool area and spa were clean and very nice.

We did not have a car, but to access the property, they gave us a key to the main gate which opens to the parking and is very hard to open. We were on the 4th floor, with no lift. A lot of basic items were missing in the condo. One roll of toilette paper for our 10 days stay No tissus or hand soap No dish soap or cleaning supplies, rags, for the kitchen No information as to where we could get drinking water Two light bulbs missing in the lamps with a promise to bring them, which never happened No hangers for our cloths The TV did not work for the first 4 days So, quite disappointed to need to spend time shoping for some of these items when you are staying only 10 days.

Stayed 14 days and have no complaints, Friendly staff, good location, great 2 bedroom kitchenette, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood.

We would have liked an entrance key for the gate near our building instead of having to go through the main entrance then walking around passing the gate, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

Nice complex which was well secured! Good pool, great AC, Easy location to walk!

Not attractive from outside complex! Not well lit if you've never been there before! Wifi was kinda spotty!
