Very welcoming! Clean and dog friendly! Everything in good working order. The bed was really comfortable.

Parking is a little awkward.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The staff was exceptional. Friendly, accommodating, professional. They made our stay feel like home. The room was spacious with modern finishes. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. We loved the walk in tiled shower. The hotel itself retained its historic beauty with a modern twist. Every single staff member we came into contact with was fabulous. It was so nice being able to travel with our dog. You wouldn’t even know the rooms are dog friendly because everything was so clean and there were zero traces of pets as far as smell or accident remnants. The hotel is situated in a great location. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. We loved this place and will be back!

Randall was exceptional at providing excellent customer service. He made me feel super comfortable during my first visit to Winston Salem, NC.

Location

Parking, not enough valets and a large enough area in front of hotel to drop bags and car for valet.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was in a nice part of the city with shops and restaurants nearby.

The valet parking was an issue. There wasn't enough space for us to even leave our car so we had to park it around the corner and give the valet the key with hopes he would move it. The next morning the valet walked around the neighborhood clicking our car key trying to find where they put our car so they clearly didn't put it in the lot around the corner where we had expected it to go.

Location, room size, room decoration.

No attention to cleaning. No referring to requests I even had a huge wasps in my room.

We paid for a king room but received a Queen. We had only one towel and all the coffee was decaf. The parking was a long way off and the bed was not very comfortable.
