There’s pools and it’s next to a Mexican restaurant .

The pictures of the pools make them like alot nicer than they are and the juccuzi was broken they could have told me that when I called , about the pools being the only reason we was coming

No breakfast no pool place was dirty

Bathroom was nasty and looked like it had mold in the tub the bed had bugs in the top covers no wifi connection like it said it did. It just sucks

It is close to my job

The towels and sheets are always stained. The beds are uncomfortable, they have too many pest problems. I have had a bed bug problem 3 times in total staying there, 3 different rooms. Only writing this review because I'm never staying here again idc how close to my job it is. That is the only reason I would stay here..the convenience of how close it is..but man..if you don't have to..don't stay here! Staff are rude..they won't change your room if you have an issue with it upon entering the room. A lot of drug addicts and bums staying there. So they aren't trying to maintain their rooms. Smh. Horrible. The worst part of this place is how nasty the bathrooms are. Walls are filled with filth. I can't shower there unless I wore my socks because the showers are never clean. They don't change their shower curtains. The bathroom is rusty, they leave vents molded and rusted open and visible, holes in the wall that can easily be plastered and painted over...they leave half used tissue in the room instead of just adding a brand new one, the lights..always have 4 or 5 in each room with only 1 working...just throw those damn lamps out because they never work and the lamp shades are always broken. These are just the things you notice upon entering the room..don't even have to stay there 5 minutes to notice these things. As far as bed bugs...how is it I went to 3 different rooms on 3 different occasions and had a bed bug in each. As if they are trying to save money on important expenses for their hotel...LIKE EXTERMINATION!! idc who stays there or why they stay there...but when you have important guest you treat them importantly. Treat them with care..have some clean rooms that are for your CLEAN GUESTS. Smh.

no toilet paper in the room, cockroaches, coffee supplies provided, with no coffee maker, door barely opened. a single sheet on the bed for blanket, room 149. (ive stayed here multiple times for years, worst experience so far)
