We were not informed about the price of the vale parking. I thought it went along with the stay. No one said a word about it being $22.00 a night, which is pretty high in my opinion. Did not have a corkscrew

Room was clean and comfortable.

We were not able to get into the hotel until 9:30 pm due to a gas leak. So we had to drive around and find something to do for over 2 hours because it was not safe to enter the hotel. It was dark and rainy and we already had dinner so we ended up having to find a place to hang out (which meant spending more money) Eventually we got into our room which smelled like sulfur and we had to be moved to another room. I understand the gas leak was beyond their control but I felt they should at least offer some type of discount or something. Not only did they not give me a discount, they charged me more than booking.com quoted me and refused to correct it.

Charged for parking without asking me if I had a car. Housekeeping never came and when I checked in, I was not told about WiFi, breakfast or if there was no housekeeping services.

Very convenient downtown location with easy access and easy parking. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. The breakfast buffet was well prepared, as it has been at other hotels in this chain where I've stayed.

Parking lot is very small. Unless you have a mini Cooper or a motorcycle, it’s way too tight. I had to park on the street two out of three nights. Shower drain was partially clogged. No shampoo or body wash in the shower.
