The facility lacked a fresh scent and the parking area

Nothing, was filthy, old, ugly, we found roach and the room smelled like someone smoked in it for 3 days in it and it had no smoking note in it… the staff was nice and they exchanged it… we again found bugs..

the coffee machine at breakfast.. unlimited lattees and mochas? yes please! in great proximity to eateries
the elevators are sketchy like really sketchy. the pillows were garbage. the plug to the bathtub was broken and running a bath for my toddler was a little difficult. unless you turned the knob really really tight the shower would drip.

Very clean, I got a quiet room as requested, and most of all the breakfast lounge!!! Mr. Swift was there all the time making sure that nothing was missing, everything in place and counters clean. He had always a smile on his f as face - what a delight!! Thank you Mr. Swift!!
The hotel is close to Wake Hospital w👍 which is where I was headed.

Nice facility,seemed new and modern.
Charged us a 250 dollar deposit that at this point hasn't been refunded?? The deposit was mostly for smoking which my wife or I do not do. But the whole place smelled of marijuana smoke?

Checked in at 4:00 p.m. checked out 11:00 p.m. the same day did not complete the full stay this hotel had bed bugs and roaches I'm still waiting on my refund it's been 5 days

Good location across the street from the hospital.
Very noisy — refrigerator fan kept thumping all night, the heater fan cranked on and off and the street noise was overwhelming. The bed was very hard and the pillows very small. The bathroom was so cramped you had to completely shut the door in order to sit on the toilet.

This hotel is comfortable and convenient . By far the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Winston Salem NC. The staff are very accommodating and understanding. That's what makes it even better. Renting a room anywhere in WS should be as convenient as renting a room here.

Clean, close to all restaurants and mall as well as highway. Price was amazingly cheap so i stayed an extra day.

I have been staying at the same location for 7 years since I moved to Ohio. The staff is always awesome and I love the breakfast. I have never used Booking. Com because I am a BW member. The rates were cheaper and I will continue to "Book" with Booking.

I didnt like anything about this hotel.
The hotel had an odor. our room had holes in the walls. There was bugs in the room, bug traps laid out in plain sight. The walls were SUPER THIN! There was a couple arguing either in their room or outside in the hallway and we could hear the whole thing. We could hear doors being opened and shut loudly! The beds was not comfortable at all, the tv remote was broken. It just wasnt a pleasant stay even for one night.
