Nothing Red roof should not be associated w this establishment. Staff and conditions and what is allowed is allowed on premises here should be alarming to all who live by and visit Absolutely no hot water all weekend 😫 Only thing good was we were close to our reason for being in this area .Coliseum

Everything staff sucked place was dirty have picture's . Absolutely no hot water out the whole weekend .. Would of liked to have been told that upon arrival. Staff knew but lied and said they had no idea ? I spoke to residents, and it's never had adequate hot water. Random strangers knocked on visitors doors asked if they needed fentanyl When addressed issues with staff they said we could leave . Totally unacceptable Will never use red Roof establishment again

I was up too high the water was off so I wouldn't tell my family or friend to stay there

Rooms need to be updated. Everything was old and patched up. There were holes in the bathroom wall, stains in the ceiling. The wi-fi did not work at all, which was a major inconvenience since I neede to do some work.

Front desk young lady Nicky was very nice and helpful when the curtains fell in room 112 she moved me to another room 143 .

Rooms were not very clean/ long term gest were very loud and disrespectful to others.

The room we were given was still dirty with other people's trash. Most of the rooms are lived in, not rented. Some of the rooms have the doors removed and are boarded up with plywood. We left.

Room was not clean. Bed was changed. But floors were nasty. Shower was dirty. Place smelled like smoke even though non smoking facility. Elevator smelled like urine. Cigarette butts beer cans and bottles all over breezeways. Dogs in rooms barking at night. Vagrants hanging around parking areas. Asking did we need anything. I presume drugs.

There was no remote for my tv. When I called and asked him to bring me one they never did. There was only one pillow on a queen size bed. And one set of towels.
