The staff was rude and terrible was not helpful at all. The room had bugs in it, when I made a complaint to the management he acted as if he didn’t care at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

when the ladies clean the room they would do a terrible job.

breakfast can use some help. our room smelt like urine. once we got past that it was a very nice stay.

It’s in a very nice location close to the mall and many restaurants which made it very convenient. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean, staff very friendly. The complementary breakfast was nice, they had a very different selections to choose from, waffle maker, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal and a few others.

besides the half used toilet paper roll in the bathroom I guess they forgot to change out my main issue with this hotel was the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. There was maybe a good quiet time for about two hours at night but throughout the rest of the night, doors slamming people just normally talking came right through my door as if they were in there with me.

Clean. Convenient location for our purpose. Excellent staff. Great deal for the money spent. Great breakfast.

I like how the room was physically laid out & how friendly the front desk agent was .

I did not like how the curtains were thin and how the room window was placed right where an outside high beam light reflected inside therefore I didn’t get much sleep at all.

Room was comfortable.

Noise all night upstairs I think. Sounded like they were dragging the furniture and then throwing it across the room for hours.

I do not have an opinion about the breakfast considering I do not eat meat. I normally just grab a banana and some grits. but the bar is always set up nice and clean and tempting
