The smell

It was a good value . There were people out in the parking lot sitting around talking and just hanging out , and this was 11 at night. I am a male who was down for one night, but if I had brought my wife I don’t know that she would have been comfortable with that. I would look for another hotel next time as this seems to be some kind of a local hang out place.

People outside in parking lot , which was right outside the office that were just sitting and hanging out. Maybe change the policy so other patrons feel they are in a safe environment by not allowing late night loitering, or hire a night security guard.

What breakfast?

Unable to use the sink in the bathroom. Unable to turn faucet on, unable to use water from the sink to wash hands, brush teeth or whatever . Pillows on bed could have been better.

It was dirty and it stink very bad didn’t stay at the hotel walked in seen how it looked and left.

I'm traveling from out of town and it was convenient to go to my job assignment was near the hotel

The cleaning was a little bit not clean and it had nets bugs

Everything was great even down to the staff.

Booking on line. The hotel was great with the booking process. However booking.com needs to do better. I did not like the way booking.com book for u on line.

The staff was very helpful & kind & pleasant. They were knowledgeable of the area & attentive of my concerns. For it to be a under new management the staff were VERY professional.

Fire alarms went off a couple of times. Beds could be better.

They cancel my reservation and I didn’t even know until I got there. The place was under new management and the hotel was horrible. It looked like a motel. Never will stay there. I had to book another hotel due to cancellation from them and not letting us know.

No communication at all. My reservation was cancel and I didn’t know about it until I arrived there.

It could have been better. A to go breakfast it's not wat it said on the app

Better breakfast and also a coffee maker .it stated that it will have a coffee maker.

The girl who checked us in and the bed was great.

The fridge was rusty, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the shower was spitting water from where the shower head screws onto the pipe, the lamps barley worked and the dresser draws were broken

Booking allowed me to book this room when I arrived I had to use the phone outside because it was after hours, this hateful lady answers an tells me she’s full she doesn’t know what to tell me besides contact who I booked thru an get my money back an hung up! Worst experience ever

The lady (Georgia) at the front desk was awesome! She checked us in and had a amazing attitude.

The rooms were nice and clean and came with everything me and my family needed.The staff were all welcoming and warming Adriana made my stay worth it she is a wonderful person to talk to and her customers skills are out of this world as well as another young lady that worked front desk I can't remember her name im so sorry about that.She did have color hair I think it may have been green or blue her customer skill were out of this world.Thanks again everyone for everything really grateful
