Grand salon, grande chambre principale, terrasse. Locateur gentil.

Lit inconfortable. L'accès à la salle de bain seulement dans la grande chambre était un problème pour l'occupant de la petite chambre. Ventilation de salle de bain inadéquate. Fenêtres très difficiles, voire impossibles, à ouvrir et sans moustiquaire. Tapis "shag" du salon trop peu salubre. À l'arrivée, le ménage avait été très sommairement fait (vaisselle très grasse à relaver en entier, gras sur le poêle). Chauffage et climatisation vétustes et besoin de nettoyage (avis aux personnes allergiques!). Proximité du boulevard (bruyant). Laveuse (sans cycle d'assouplissant) et sécheuse payantes à l'extérieur, sans sécurité. Locateur difficile d'accès pour une urgence (plus de 24h à répondre), mais très gentil. La recommandation de déjeuner au restaurant Pane Dolci à proximité (propriétaire désagréable, sans aucune aide).

It was very clean and a very convenient location!

The only issue we had was they stated they provided a beach towel, a bath towel and washcloth per person. We found four towels that we used as bath towels, but no beach towels. Luckily we brought a few, but it would’ve been nice to have had the ones they claim to provide.

It was clean, location to beach. There were some extras like beach chairs, beach umbrella. Big spaces but a very small bathroom

Location is great. 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom , and a sofa bed in the living room. Good choice for family with children. However, there is only 1 bathroom and it is the bedroom :( There is a really good restaurant by the water (Shooters ) 5 minutes from the apartment. Good food 👌 check it out 👍 The beach is nice, clean and empty!) We really enjoyed the beach and the ocean.

Check out is at 10:00 AM! I have never experienced it before! 10:00 AM. Seriously? What do they clean there for 4 hours? The apartment is small. The front gate lock never worked. There is no one to help you out if you can not open the gate. Lack of attention from staff.

Great decor, great location with a 3 minute walk to the beach and fully equipped appartement.
