Great location and well kept home.

This house was the perfect location for our visits to Saguaro National Park--East and West, the Tucson Botanical Gardens and the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum. Lots of big cacti at each spot! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to do so. We would recommend it to friends visiting Tucson.

That was the cleanest VRBO rental ever. Thank you. This small house is a good choice for a short stay. Pros: Quiet, safe location; dog friendly with almost fully fenced front yard; new kitchen; clean towels and linen; plenty of free TV channels. Cons: Beds have sharp edges, they are too big for small rooms; bed placement odd, needed to step on beds to open windows; backyard could use some TLC; BBQ in desperate need of replacement. Suggest installing a keyless entry system.

We visited Tucson to visit family. This little bungalow was absolutely perfect for us! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to booking this place again.

We are disabled seniors with two Service Dogs. This was our first experience with this type of lodging. It was much better than hotel with the dogs while my husband was having surgery. There needs to be extra blankets, as I was cold at night Also, my husband could not get up out of the couch. The home was clean and fully furnished. Hosts were kind, which we appreciated. My husband has to sleep in a chair because he cannot lie flat. There was no chair or recliner for him to sleep in so he slept in our vehicle on the street. We would rent this place again and it was much better with our dogs then a hotel. We left everything clean and washed. Thank you.

House is well located, clean, and comfortable. Suited my family of 3 well for a few day.

We stayed with our adult daughter in this lovely home. It was clean and charming. The owners were responsive to our needs. Honestly we didn't spend lots of time there, but what there was was perfect for our needs.. there is a charming sitting area in the back we enjoyed one evening watching clouds and feeling the breeze while we visited.. the kitchen was very nice as well..

We booked for a month in July, but checked out a little early when our escrow closed sooner than expected. The hosts were very quick to respond, friendly, very nice, easy to work with. The place was super clean! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We brought our little English Lab, 13 yrs old, and she enjoyed chasing lizards in the backyard, haha. There was plenty of parking for our enclosed trailer and 2 vehicles. We walked the neighborhood early every morning. Lots of nearby restaurants, but we cooked most of the time in the kitchen. The appliances are very nice and clean. It was nice having having the stackable washer and dryer, too! A/C worked great, bedrooms were cool at night in the heat of the summer, and immaculately clean. Plenty of extra everything from the thoughtful hosts! This place was perfect.

The home was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, basic food ingredients, and coffee. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and easy to find and get to, no matter where we roamed. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. And, my favorite detail-- they had a lock box with a key inside! Thank you! So often those electronic keypads do not work, or have their own little tricks. Lockbox is the way to go! We had a great stay and would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! Kids enjoyed all the space and yard. Home was clean and stocked with standard amenities like shampoo, coffee/tea, and bottled water. A delightful place for our Christmas Holiday!

Nicely appointed and conveniently located cute little house. Easy in and out with easy instructions that were not overly fussy. Everything you need and nice fenced yard for your furbaby!

Had a great weekend celebrating younger daughters bday, great location and neighborhood

There were so many thoughtful amenities/touches. A well equipped kitchen, from coffee, spices, paper towels and even wax paper. Bathroom included toiletries, right down to cotton balls. It was so clean, loved the tile that looked like hardwood floors. The layout makes it feel big. Nicely enclosed backyard for our dog.

We had a lovely week at Taylor & Yuko's bungalow in midtown. It was very well equipped for all the essentials you would need away from home. We highly recommend this rental.

Stayed here to move our daughter into U of A. Property was close to everything, neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe. Inside was exactly as pictured and clean. Definitely will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was great for our weekend! We were visiting our son and enjoyed the proximity to his place. Very easy to get around and near everything. The house was very well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

House is small but cute. The paint colors inside are now all different from the pix posted. The hosts were great in letting me check-in early. My pup absolutely loved the backyard & chased lizards the whole time. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy & low income but overall I felt fairly safe. There are wild coyotes roaming all around so you have to really watch your dogs. Speedway Rd is loud if you’re sitting in the backyard but overall it’s a nice place to vacay.

This was the perfect place for a weekend stay had all you needed

My husband & I were in town for a nice weekend to visit our U of A student. The Midtown Bungalow was in a good location for us and had everything we needed. We appreciated the driveway parking and wish we had more time & warmer temps to enjoy the backyard.

We were needing something close to Wildcat Stadium that was clean and quiet and this home met all our needs. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect place to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was like having a lodge all to ourselves. Loved it!

Somehow the property owners manage to find just the right blend of friendly, accommodating and professional all while thinking of anything you might possibly need. Its a great house and the hosts are even greater!! I forgot to sign the guest book and have been mad at me myself about it all day.
