My recent stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff's genuine warmth and friendly smiles made me feel instantly welcome. Every morning, cheerful greetings and a heartfelt "good morning" set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable day.
The entertainment options were fantastic! Whether I craved a silent disco dance party or a fun, interactive dance class, Live Aqua had something for everyone. The entertainment staff was incredibly funny and always managed to keep the energy high.
Food was another highlight of my trip. The variety and quality were impressive, from the delicious buffets to the fantastic à la carte restaurants.
Special shout-out to Rose at the Mexican restaurant for her amazing service, and to Mariza, my housekeeper, for always keeping my room spotless.
Even the little things made a big difference. A friendly smile from Julio at breakfast offering me a steaming cup of "Punta Cana coffee" was the perfect way to start each day.
Live Aqua truly has it all: a stunning location, impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment. If you're looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway, look no further! This resort offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

the place is very neat and luxurious in a minimalist way, well thought out details created to complete the experience. the pools, the restaurants, bars and even the lobby gives you this sensation of wellness and first class vacations. Almost forgot the hot tubes in every room!!!

Everything was awesome, beautiful place, full of harmony and peace. Its the perfect place to be with the perfect someone in your life.

Amazing resort! Adults only! Very laid back, clean, modern and minimalistic. Their fruit plates are fantastic.
A lot of activities every day. Table tennis and volleyball field was a huge plus. Fantastic spa! So beautiful and peaceful. the best massage I have ever had from Joseline.
The beach is amazing, almost no sea weed. All pools are extraordinary.

Plenty restaurants to choose from. Coffee shop on site was perfect! Cleaning service was also very satisfactory, we got plenty of water daily and I I loved having my bed ready for the night from the cleaning service. Overall - the resort is one of the top resorts I have stayed in Dominican Republic so far!
- food in restaurants al a carte was great one day and not that good the other day.. I had crème brûlée two days in row. The first day it was so creamy and good and the other day it was cold and curdled. The staff in restaurants seemed sometimes unmotivated. Not all of the staff of course, some waiters would be very kind and helpful. I would work on the service in the restaurants, everywhere else it was great. Also, we were in 4 different resorts in Dominican Republic for this trip and I think the dining options and quality could improve a bit more.
- The room service was only ok - food was average and they did not use the delivery box that is supposed to be for room service. They knocked on the door instead.. that bothered me a little because we were in our underwear.
- constructions on both sides of the resorts! It was loud and it was the whole day but! It did not ruin the atmosphere so I would forgive them this. :D

Ein mega tolles Hotel. Wunderschöne Anlage, tolles Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen. Gerne wieder mal einen Besuch wert.
Der Strand war nicht sehr schön und das Meer war sehr unruhig. Extrem viele Wellen. Es ist kaum möglich gewesen ins Meer zu gehen. Eventuell waren wir an den falschen Tagen da, weiss nicht ob das immer so ist:

La struttura è davvero bellissima, ottimo cibo, in generale ottima attenzione al cliente, camera favolosa e perfetta, all’interno del Resort ognuno può trovare il proprio spazio (piscine appartate oppure piscina centrale con musica e in mezzo alla gente). La hall dell’albergo è architettonicamente sublime, spazi faraonici. Diversi ristoranti senza necessità di riservazione. Da parte del personale nessuna insistenza per tours o altro, solo indicazioni spontanee sulle attività dell’hotel per informare l’ospite (karaoke, festa serale, festa in piscina, ecc.), molto apprezzato.
L’ospite può rilassarsi e godersi i suoi giorni di vacanza immerso nell’estetica.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato.

The bathrooms don’t have any privacy, whoever you with will hear and smell you.

We really appreciated the fitness, the room, the breakfast buffet and also the house skipping.
The hotel is really beautiful, diversity of the restaurant, the bed is really comfortable, options for choosing the pillow, the room service is really something.

The tv didn’t have internet (no YouTube, no Netflix and so on) I was disappointed for that.
Even is written all inclusive it’s not true if you want lobster you have to pay. At the beach, you have two separate places and if you want to move to the other part of the beach you have to pay. You don’t have a lot of place in front of the beach.
You have 3 different colors of bracelet, no one explained us this when we arrived at the hotel.
The WiFi Is working in you room but outside on the beach or in corridors it’s taking a while, sometimes it’s not working at all for a 5 star and for the price I was expecting more .

The place itself is stunning, the pool area and the sea are fun, 4 different restaurants for dinner
We had problems with the air conditioner, it didn't stop making noise at night, we called the first time no one came, the next day we went to the reception and no one took care. The last night a technician came after we called because we got up from the noise at 3 in the morning. Only on our check out we directed to the main manager to hear what happened. disappointing.

Highest praise for Mr. FRANCISCO at the reception. He went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. If you have any issues during your stay, just ask for FRANCISCO. Furthermore, Mr. GIANMARCO at FA Americana is a young prospect that you should keep an eye on!
The butler assigned to me didn’t meet the minimum requirements of his job. First of all, he didn’t introduce himself. Secondly, he showed up after I asked to send a cleaner at my room. He said YES, however, the room wasn’t cleaned even though 3 hours had passed, which angered me. I wanted to leave the hotel as I wasn’t expecting this negligence and you should thank Francisco who convinced me to extend my stay.

Such a nice place very well taken care of. Modern and luxurious vibes.
The only things that can be updated is the bathrooms. They are not private whatsoever. Also the room we stayed is not on a garden view is an empty lot that is waiting for construction and it should be mentioned when booking. Also the customer service may be improved in the breakfast area as we waited twice for coffee.
