Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas, con vistas a un pequeño campo de golf, y al lado de la playa y la zona turista. también había seguridad para entrar a la zona.

lo único que cambiaria, seria poner una cortina a la ducha porque se salía todo el agua.

The size of the apartment is great.

The shower was barely working. It only had a tiny thread of water coming from the entire shower. Also the bath tub shower height could not be changed. So for tall people is uncomfortable. The toilet did not work properly. It kept clogging. Although quiet hours are displayed there was a massive party with loud music going on in the nearby facility until around midnight. Most of the apartment is outdated and needs a refurbishment. Keep in mind this area is a resort area and in order to get to restaurants you need some kind of transportation.

Nice large apartment with a balcony and beautiful garden view with sunset. Comfortable bed, free parking, friendly and helpful staff.

Cleaness - that's something they have to work on. Beside that - all great.

The place has a pool and restaurant and 24 hour bar. Very nice. The staff were very helpful as well.

Some of the fixtures were old and rusty the bathroom door knob was broken and falling off.

Inside the White Sands complex - the beaches are really nice (top 10 in the world) and within walking distance through a private road. Has washing machines and dryers for use (free) in an open area, behind the reception office, that you can use 24/7. You must bring your own detergent, as they don't have any for sale. The rooms are huge and the pool is decent (closes at 7 pm). Plenty of parking. TOT has free beach towels for use in reception. Welcome drinks in the minibar (soda, beer, water) are a nice touch. The hotel next door (Sunset) has a restaurant you can use in a pinch, if hungry - it also offers a breakfast buffet (DOP 1,000 per person). Wi-fi was fine throughout the room. The TV had lots of channels to choose from. Comfortable beds and pillows.

My only gripe is that the room (916), while clean, had a stale smoke smell that took some getting used to. Also, there were no shower curtains, which made showering tricky when trying to avoid wetting the floor. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only cheap soap bars were available. The floor of the non-operational jacuzzi tub was cracked, which made me apprehensive about falling through every time I stepped on it. Even if the jacuzzi tub isn't operational, the tub's floor should really be fixed.

nice appartement older but clean we stayed one night and was quiet a good! i forgot my earing in the safe and contacted the motel from my resort and I couldn’t believe the honesty they had they took a picture making sure they where mine and they delivered it ti my resort staff if very honest and impress for being in a other country! i was very happy !!!
