La comida de mala calidad, insípida y sin variedad, la bebida utilizan los peores productos del mercado tragos malísimos, las habitaciones llenas de cucarachas y con muy mal olor, te cobran todo si quieres ir a una piscina con olas si quieres jugar o distraerte también te lo cobran eso de todo incluido es una mentira a pesar de que pague 700 dolares por dos noches dos personas

O complexo do hotel e maravilhoso, mtas piscinas com várias finalidades desde algumas somente para adultos até aquelas para sports e crianças. Mtas opções de restaurantes a la cart destaque para o espanhol, o japonês, o mexicano e mediterrâneo ( repetiria todos eles). Quartos são excelentes, optamos pelas suites Junior ( fizemos um upgrade no balcão devido ao segundo quarto que pegamos ser muito longe da área principal) pagando um preço justo. Há um shopping dentro do hotel com muitas lojas, inclusive com loja de lembranças com preços muito bons, não precisa sair do hotel nem para isso. Há um mini golf também além de sports como bocha, Golf, tênis, basquete, vôlei e futebol. Na praia barco a vela, kaiak e pedalinho.

O all inclusive deixa a desejar um pouco na qualidade da comida e da bebida. Tem que selecionar bem os drinks e a comida no restaurante geral, ainda bem que ha mtas opções, restaurantes horríveis como o steak house, foi péssimo para nós e para outras pessoas que estavam no restaurante,.vários pratos devolvidos, no final não conseguimos comer e fomos jantar no 24 h. Os a la cart oferecem reserva até as 23 h. Fomos todos os dias as 10 30. Agendados pelo concierge, porém em alguns não fomos bem atendidos devido o horário, funcionários mal educados ou falavam que o horário não existia ( italiano) ou que naquela hora não serviam mais alguns pratos ( mediterrâneo). Tínhamos a sensação algumas vezes que tínhamos que descobrir sozinho algumas coisas, não há um informativo claro do que tem no hotel.

We had the two bedroom family suite and the rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. The refrigerator was restocked daily with large bottles of water and other beverages.

We had two patios in the Family Room suite. The views were not great, one side faced a sidewalk and the other an enclosed area with trees.

Tienen que hacer mas actividad en el area de la piscina y el equipo de animacion estar mas integrado con los visitante. La cerveza siempre estan muy caliente y con estos calores.

The beach and the sea are beautiful

The food is just horrible. The service is so bad, sad and tired employees. The drinks are cheap and horrible. There is a disgusting sound all over the place to drive birds away which is annoying. Let me reinforce how bad the food is… is awful.

The view was beautiful. The hotel was big,nice and clean. Had a variety of things to do.

That they gave you only 2 towels. When we asked for an extra, we were told they were out later. Dinner reservations were never booked correctly. So twice they weren't able to find my name. Most staff didn't really smile.

It is a big and good looking resort, right in front of the most stunning beach in Punta Cana.

I had food poisoning while there. The food higiene is terrible, as well as the drinks. They leave the salad exposed on the buffet from early morning that will be served throughout the whole day. The coca-cola, for example, completely watered down without bubbles and the water served was from the tap in a disgusting bottle in a country that has a cholera situation, as I could watch on the news. I stayed there for 9 days and felt terrible after each meal. I don't drink much and I completely stoped drinking on the 3rd day to be sure it was the food. My husband and I were sick for the whole period there, with headaches and gastrointestinal infection. We discussed it with other people there and they had the same problem, whole families sick while on Holiday. Also, it is not an exclusive problem with the buffets, they have many restaurants inside the resort that you need to book for dinner. The seafood and steak house restaurants are so dirty your feet slide on fat while walking, risking to fall. The Spanish one smells like mold. It is a shame as I had high hopes for such a beautiful destination. I would never go back there and I don't recommend. The public health surveillance should pay a visit and close it down until they comply with sanitary requirements.

restaurant staff were poorly trained and were indifferent to guests .... many did things quite unhygenic - like take a napkin that fell on the floor and put it back on the clean table. food itself was mass produced and mediocre. i did not eat at restaurants after 1.5 days .... same food every day and night .... quality of food was bad even in dinner restaurants ...
