Spacious room with nice design and fully equipped with everything we need. Very suitable for families with children. There is a big living room, kitchen and a dining table. We can enjoy ourselves in the living room while the children were sleeping without having to worry that we would wake them up with the noise at night. Perfect location! The hotel is right next to the newest mall, K11. Very good and helpful service. Will definitely stay here again.

New. Clean. High-quality finishing. Direct access to a nice mall with great choice of restaurants and shops. Top quality apartments for those who are tired of hotels and prefer to feel "at home." Take Harbor View apartment to watch HK island lights show directly from your personal terrace!
Please note that this is not a hotel, but apartments. No one will meet you at the entrance to help you with your luggage from the taxi (and do not expect this from the taxi driver in HK 😆)
No lobby bar or hotel restaurant. They offer breakfast in the communal area, but its quality is average. To compensate, you can order food directly to your apartment from the mall's many restaurants 👍👍👏👏

Wonderful clean facilities, fantastic, helpful and cheerful staff. My wife and I swam everyday in the amazing pool. The swimming pool staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. A very special thanks to Stephen and Yo-yo. They were great. Stephen even remembers my name from my last visit in January 2023! My wife and I shall definitely be back soon.

It will be good to have a swimwear 'spinner' for guests to dry the swimming garments. I feel bad to have my swimming trunks dripping on the beautiful hotel floor!

the whole design, look and feel, environment, even the aroma scent was awesome, reminds of me Pomegranate Noir but I was told it’s in house scent. Lovely! it gives me a very calming feeling
the distance from lobby to room, it’s quite far, but i know that’s where the better view rooms are. So no issue!

How the light switches work. Like one can turn on everything or two things but not individual lights.

the room are spacious and clean . the staff was very friendly and helpful . the stay was for a special occasion a marriage wedding proposal . they give us a free room upgrade.

The room is new and with good view. There are extra sofa bed set up for the third adult, with privacy taken into consideration (basically a separate room when the screen is closed). The room has a washing machine which is very handy.
There were some misunderstanding about the number of breakfast included. It causes some delay in checking out. Pool was closed during the staying.
