Misscommunication from booking.com. Incorrect instructions, but luckily we did get in. Keyless property, which took a lottle getting uaed to, but once we worked it out - it was great.

The location of place is ideal. However as this was first time to York, instructions to find property were not great. Again I think this may have been miss-communication from booking.com and the agent that was used. A little more instruction wiuld have been helpful, as it was tricky to find.

I had trouble opening the box where the key was. But once I phoned was given assistance

We had the most incredible stay here. The house was perfect in every way. It was in an excellent location just a short walk from everything you would want. The house was spotless and very well equipped. Many thanks.

Clean well thought out duplex apartment close to the centre of York. Bright cheerful and great use of space.
