We stayed in the 18m2 room and the bed was incredibly cozy! The personal was very friendly and kind, specially Susan on the front desk. There are board games available in the living room to spend a fun night having a cocktail from the bar. Highy recommended!

Unique, very comfortable place! Nice location close to city center and the rail station. Yet quiet room. Loved sleeping with the window open and hearing the birds in the morning! Cool to have a record player, fun coffee station, and the pantry!

Room was very cramped due to poor use of space, and too warm/stuffy. No air conditioning and no ability to open windows. Bed was very worn out.

Good location and comfortable bedroom although a little compact this visit. It was difficult to use the Nespresso machine. The Pantry is a nice touch, however.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before but this has to be my favourite. I came here for my husbands birthday and they even left him a little treat in our room. I’m pregnant and they were aware of this as I’d booked a pregnancy massage. They’d supplied extra pillows in the room for me and offered to swap out the toiletries for pregnancy safe products - it’s these little touches that made the trip feel so special. The pantry is an excellent touch and we loved details like relaxing music playing when we entered the room, as well as the concierge taking our bags to our room for us before we had checked in. The bed was super comfortable and the room constantly smelt like a spa. On that note we both had a massage at the guesthouse. The spa facilities are gorgeous and relaxing and the team at the spa are skilled and really listen to what you want. Thank you so much, we hope to come back soon!

Some rooms are on the busy main road therefore occur traffic noise. We had one but they very kindly moved us for our second night.

Great location, uniquely & beautifully decorated throughout the hotel, our room was stunning, loved the complementary pantry treats, very cosy, friendly helpful staff.

Limited parking, tried to book a car parking slot at the time of booking so I had to arrange parking at an alternative car park. Restaurant experience was great though a little disappointed with my steak, it wasn’t bad but didn’t match the quality of other restaurants I’ve experienced at this price point. Our room was quite compact - not an issue given the beautiful decor - but ideally would have preferred a bigger room. Non of these issues dampened our experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

lots of corridors. we had a very bad experience on the last night of our trip. we had a 5:00am start to continue a very long journey however the people in room next. to us kept us up all night! They were making a horrendous noise, banging and crashing around their room. it was a total disaster! we didnt get any sleep at all.
