A mirror is needed in the double bed bedroom

location was very close to York centre and the property was nice and quiet. layout of the rooms was good and we liked the open kitchen / living room. will stay again.

could do with updating as some general wear and tear. nothing to help you clean sides and had ran out of dishwasher tablets. would be nice to have tea /coffee / sugar/ sweetener upon arrival.

Great location and ideally suited for our needs. Very clean and tidy. Secure parking was a real bonus.

property was very clean and modern. location was excellent. the parking was very secure and so was the building. had a brilliant nights stay with my wife and kids!

Dirty tea towels left, no clean ones to replace Showers were Luke warm or cold Wi-Fi terrible on TV, pixels were constantly fractured. No toilet paper left enough for four people No instructions for heating Curtains not hung well

The bathrooms could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to provide a dishcloth and wAshing up liquid/ disinfectant spray for the kitchen. There was no plug in the kitchen sink making it difficult to wash up the property is marketed for 5 people and indeed there were 5 beds but only 4 chairs at the dinning room table, 4 sets of crockery/glasses and only a 3 seater settee and armchair. luckily one of our party didn’t come or it would have been very awkward. We specifically asked if there was a coffee maker and told it was a Nespresso so we bought appropriate pods with us, only to find it was a dolce gusto. we went out to buy the correct pods only to find the machine leaked terrible when we tried to use it

Being tourists booking this apartment it would be good if you furnish the apartment with a new dish cloth, sponge and shower gel because it is a problem looking for a supermarket to get all that. It does not cost much at all. Cutlery insufficient for 4 people

This is a great apartment in an excellent location. The train station is around a mile away and I walked there in 15-20 minutes. It is easy to walk into the city as well. I stayed here with 3 friends and the apartment could comfortably accommodate 5 adults, with a double bed in one room and 3 singles in another, which has an en suite, and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also free WiFi. The apartment is well furnished, with an open plan lounge/kitchen area, which includes a microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is secure parking for a car too. Our host has provided hand sanitizer, antibacterial handwash, dishwasher tablets among other items and was very responsive to the questions I had before we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless on check in and I'd definitely re-book here if we visit York again.

it was a good size in a great location, close walk to the centre which was ideal, we didn’t have to get taxis. it was also reasonably priced.

it was a bit unclean, you could tell the carpet hadn’t been hoovered in the lounge and there was a horrible smell coming from the dishwasher.

Bad labelling of property. Completely blocked sink in bathroom. Facilities good but crockery inadequate and chaotic?

The double bed was extremely uncomfortable. The main bathroom sink was blocked from the outset and the sealant around the bath was black with mildew. The two single beds used were barely acceptable for comfort and one of those had no mattress cover on it.

The leather couch was comfortable & parking was easy. The pillows were pretty good.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable especially the double bed being so old & thin with protruding springs and dipping in the middle, so much in fact I had to sleep on the couch both nights. The carpets were stained, the walls had marks everywhere, the showers in both bathrooms had filthy/stained silicone sealants, The kitchen inbuilt washing machine had its door missing & cupboards did not close properly & as soon as you got in the lift, the stench of ripe garbage was noticeable, coming from the garbage room on the ground floor and the smell on the ground floor/entrance hall was gut wrenching. At 7.30 am on Sunday we were all woken up by the coop delivery crashing around outside in the street. Every half an hour the sirens of ambulances were heard what with the Hospital being so close. Walking into York was a 10 min affair but slightly unnerving due to a local hangout up the road on the way, where unusual characters/locals were sat boozing/arguing on both Saturday & Sunday afternoon/evening and it felt unsafe walking past them.
