Phil’s condo is perfectly located to everything we were looking for in PV all in east walking distance. We already knew the pool was closed for repairs, but with the beach and other pools very nearby it wasn’t a big deal. It was my first time coming during the rainy season and the storms wreaked havoc on the electricity in the condo. Phil and the property management were responsive, but we spent a few nights without lights or limited lights over the five nights we were there. Luckily the a/c never failed. But with the beautiful views and great location it was a great birthday trip.

Location was amazing. Awesome view from the room and pool. Beds super comfortable. Internet didn’t work for us, but I had cell service and we were so busy I never reported it. I believe management would’ve tried to resolve if we had. Met a lot of great people at the pool. Food was good as well. Only negative is there is very slippery tile around and in the pool. Sounds like they’re about to start construction and redo the pool, so hopefully that is greatly improved once it is finished. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this penthouse condo in a beautiful section of Puerto Vallarta, which was centrally located and convenient to the beach, shopping, and some of the best dining experiences. The weather was a little mixed and the amenities at the condo made our time in Mexico so relaxed and enjoyable, especially the panoramic views, the salt-water infinity pool and luxurious living sweet. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Puerto Vallarta. The host was very communicative and the management company handling the check-in was very professional and fluent in English.

Our family stayed at Phil’s property for a full week. The communication before our trip was very prompt and the owner answered all the questions. The apartment is super cozy, clean and comfortable with lots of clean towels, nice beddings, 2 safes and kitchen supplies. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we enjoyed sun rises and sunsets without leaving the comfort of our home-away. Also, the concierge service was very responsive and they would check-in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. The condo is minutes away from nice little cafes and the beach. We enjoyed it so much that when we are in that area again we will try to book this exact condo. Thank you, Phil! :)

From the moment we stepped though the door everything was perfect. We loved this place so much! Perfect location. Everyone was so attentive to all our needs. Beds were awesome. Pool was perfect and the view the best. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure. It is just what we needed to unwind from our busy life in the US!

Perfect location a few minutes from the beach in Old Vallarta (Zona Romantica). Great restaurants, bars and theatres within a few blocks. Fantastic view with spectacular sunsets. Everything works well in the condo: A/C, fans, appliances and TV's. Furniture and decorations are tasteful. The pool and gym in the building are great. And for us, the best is that the two bedrooms are at the back of the condo so that they are quiet i.e. we did not hear the noise from the streets so we slept very well.

Signature Pinnacle is a great property. This unit was ideally located and close to everything.

We have stayed at quite a few PV locations including the 5 de diciembre neighborhood as well as 4 different spots in the Alta vista neighborhood. This was our first time being so close to Los Muertos beach. Access to the beach, shops, cafes, nightlife and restaurants is very convenient from Phil's condo. It ranks as one of our best places to stay while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta. The view is breathtaking. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch beautiful sunsets. Surprisingly, ambient street noise (when all windows/doors are closed) was not an issue. The condo is just a few blocks from the beach; it made for a very easy walk to our favorite sunbathing spots along Los Muertos beach. The funicular certainly helps too! The Pinnacle/condo lobby is where the pool is. A lovely infinity edge plunge pool complete with bar and food service. The gym facility was nice...there was construction going on (renovating the gym, I think) so we only could use it for a few days. But that did not prevent us from enjoying our trip; walking around the hilly neighborhood was plenty exercise! We felt safe all day and night there; there was always staff/security around. The condo itself was well appointed. The outdoor grill came in handy to cook up some chicken and burgers! The cooktop worked well too....you just need to use a lighter to ignite each burner. The fridge's ice maker also worked great! We had only one issue arise in the condo; the guest bedroom's AC sputtered out on day 1. However, I reached out to Vanessa, my main contact while onsite, who contacted maintenance. They were in the condo rather quickly and repaired the AC within a few hours while we were out at dinner. Checkin and checkout process was easy. Our only regret is we didn't book an additional week! You will love this spot. We look forward to another stay here!!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at PH6 and we are already planning our next visit to Puerto Vallarta with other friends - hopefully October next year. The condo is perfect - neat and tidy - and the view from the terrace is amazing. Perfect for cocktails and drinks at night . We'll be back! Sxx

We spent a week at Phils place and pictures didn’t even do it justice. The views were amazing!!! The condo was centrally located and we were able to walk to most places during the week. The unit had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a great stay; property was beautiful. A/c kept the interior very cool. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with towels and property was very clean. Absolutely one of the nicest resorts in the area. Our only complaint was that our friends that were staying in a neighboring property were not allowed at our property’s pool. There’s not even a system for a one day pass for them or anything. So we honestly spent more time at their resort so we could all go swimming together. The concierge having to coordinate to meet you exactly when you arrive is a little different than what we’re used to, then we had to hang out for a while because he didn’t have the resort wristbands for us. Once that was all sorted, everything was good.

We've been to PV 5 times and it's always fun and a bit stressful to find just the right place to stay. This one is going to be one of the first we check on each time, as the location and view are perfect. The Pinnacle properties are at the top of a funicular ride (a hillside tram) so the views are amazing. The unit itself if on a corner so there are no neighbors on the left, just a great view of the ocean and further south along the shore. The owner and management company, PVRPV, both made the stay effortless, even calling to check on my day of departure, as I'd requested the wrong day to get a ride back to the airport (they were correct). Any and every need was taken care of. They are just the best group in PV, I think. The unit was gorgeous, as the pictures show. Nice cold AC when needed, filtered water from the fridge (no bottles needed), and even some room service available for the rest days (as well as poolside on the first floor). Give this one a try, you won't regret it. Thanks Phil and thanks PVRPV. It was another amazing escape to PV. We'll be back! Stephen and friends.

The condo was absolutely stunning. It was my first trip to Puerto Vallarta and I’m so happy we stayed here. The condo was modern and clean with AMAZING views and amenities. Our group also loved the walkability to all of the restaurants and shops. The owner Phil and property management company were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and the check-in/-out process was seamless. Fantastic stay overall, would love to book again for our next trip.

They property and views from the condo are amazing! We have stayed in this resort more then four times and it’s always great! It’s walking distance to anything you’d want to do! They only thing I would have changed is that that concierge after hours doesn’t work and that is the only thing that I would address. I still give this five stars!!!

When you walk into the condo the view is just breath taking! Our beds were comfy and the condo was clean! Everyone that worked there was so kind and amazing! The owner was always quick to respond to any questions! We will definitely be back!

Near great nightlife. Short walk to beach, but it is an uphill walk on the way home! No problems, responsive management.

It’s an amazing apartment with an incredible deck with a terrific view of the sunset. There is building going on nearby but we didn’t really notice as the penthouse is about as far from it as you can get. Very close to the town and easy to get down to the beach, bars and restaurants on the funicular. Which is super fun btw!

Pinnacle is one of the best buildings in the Zona Romantica area with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Treat yourself to this luxury home with incredible bay views.

This was the second time we rented this condo, so obviously we were happy staying here. Comfortable beds, beautiful view and so quiet. Perfect location. The only negative is “The deck gets very hot during the hottest part of the day, so with an umbrella, you could still use the deck then too.”

Great property. Great view. Nice pool, even though my wife was the only female that I saw in the pool for 3 days lol. Nice crowd, great bar, and again: what a view!

This is a greta penthouse suite located on the SW corner of the building, with great 180' views from sunrise to sunset. The location is on the opposite side of the building from some new condo construction taking place on Pulpito, so you don't get any noise from that work. Phil (the owner) was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our arrival, and checked in on us while were were there. Andres (from the local property management company) was also great, checking us in and out in a very prompt and efficient manner and answering a few questions we had about the building. The suite itself takes advantage of the corner location, with sliding glass panels that open up the living room and kitchen to the large patio. Everything we needed for two weeks was available to us, with 3x weekly maid service (thank you Nora). The landscape lighting and Spotify service was used every evening to enjoy a pre-dinner drink as the sun went down. Highly recommended, and will stay here again!

This is an exceptional condo in an exceptional building in one of the liveliest sections of Puerto Vallarta (and I mean “liveliest” in a good way). So let’s take ‘em one at a time:Building: The lobby is elegant, with a lounge (for owners and guests only) with a comfortable seating area and, if you prefer to be wet, a swim-up bar. (I think they have music on occasion, but not on a regular basis.) Hot munchies are served in addition to wine, beer, and cocktails, and prices are reasonable—two Happy Hour margaritas were about $7 US. The building is seven stories and sits atop a hill about three blocks from the beach. The walk from the beach is uphill, but short and not terribly steep. The funicular takes you the last block, or you can climb the stairway if you’re particularly ambitious.Staff: As you walk in on your first day, you’ll be greeted by a staff member (our guy was the personable Pablo), who’ll escort you to the condo and fill you in on the ins and outs. In our experience, the staff is quite responsive. As we walked out of the elevator one day, my wife lost an earring, which fell to the floor and disappeared between the planks of a stained wood accent floor. A security officer happened to wander by. I flagged him down, he called a building maintenance guy, who came up and quickly fished out the earring. Our condo was cleaned twice during our five-day stay, and I assure you that Nora did a very thorough job.Condo: The condo is a corner unit on the top floor, with a full-on view of the Pacific to the west and the coast to the southwest. You can easily look north to the city center, Nuevo Vallarta, and Punta Mita. Doubt if you can find a better view in PV.The condo itself is very pleasantly decorated and well equipped, but the balcony is the draw here. You’ll be on the balcony most of the time when you’re in the condo (well, except when you’re sleeping). The deck has a dining table that seats six, two chaise lounges, a chair with a small table, and a large barbecue. (It’s also where the washer and dryer are, although you might miss them at first because they’re hidden away in a cabinet.) The large windows enclosing the living room slide open, effectively enlarging the deck (or the living room, depending how you look at it).The condo’s beds are comfy, the bathrooms are modern, the kitchen is well equipped, and the furniture is fine—well, I guess it is. I spent my time on the deck. Can't top it!

We loved everything about our stay at Pinnacle 180, PH6. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday at Andre & Nora set up the decorations for me and did a GREAT job! Nora was so pleasant and did an amazing job every day cleaning the room! She is amazing and you guys are lucky to have her as part of your team! The only issue I noticed was it seemed like there was mold under the sink in the kitchen. All in all it was a great trip and the room had an amazing view of the Bay.

I almost don’t want to give Phil’s place this much love because I want it all to myself for future bookings. Our stay was blissful. The condo is better than the photos depicted. Concierge, maid service, lobby personnel, bar, pool and attitudes were top notch. We were spoiled and can’t wait to come back for another stay. Mere blocks from the beach (we frequented Sapphire Ocean Club) and steps away from amazing food choices. Love to you Phil♥️
