Thank you Mary for a great stay in PV! The condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed - including beach chairs and an umbrella! We enjoyed going to Playa de Oro and the umbrella came into good use :) The location of the condo also allowed us to easily visit the Malecon board walk and downtown area. Mary was very responsive and helped answer all our questions. She was also very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in PV and we look forward to visiting in the future!

All was as advertised. Would have liked to know that the Chedraui store was so close, we would have avoided Walmart and saved the taxi fare if we knew that. Also, a small thing but would be nice if ice trays were filled before we arrived. The place was clean and tidy and Rene does a great job with upkeep of the property.

We had a wonderful stay! Mary was very communicative and extremely accommodating when we needed anything. Our hot water wasn't working properly and Mary took care of it right away, making every effort to make our stay comfortable.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 9 days and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It was a nice, quiet gated complex. Our condo suite had everything we needed for our time there - kitchen appliances and dishes, beach towels and chairs, bathroom linens, etc. We were able to have breakfast at “home” everyday and even make our own coffee (had to purchase items from the grocery store.) Being on the end unit by the street you could hear some bigger trucks driving by at night and some of the night life but nothing too crazy. It was a great location for beach access and the gentleman there taking care of the grounds was so friendly. One thing to maybe ask is when they change the gate code. We couldn’t get in one day because the code was changed while we were out but luckily there was another resident by the pool who let us in. Overall this was a great place to stay in for our first off resort vacation and we would definitely book here again.

The complex and condo was clean and well maintained. Pool was great and areas around pool were clean. Would recommend this property.

Great place! Very clean and very nice complex and location. I would suggest taking a look at the curtain directly above the room with the large bed. Kept falling off. Very nice condo. It would have been really nice to have some salt and pepper already there, maybe some olive oil. We loved this place and would gladly stay here again! Thank you for everything.

We had a great time at the condo, it has a good location and has all the necessary things to enjoy your stay. One block walking to the beach and a nice pool to relax in the afternoon. Service was excellent. Just a little bit noisy from the hotel nearby, animators with microphones.

This condo is in a small gated complex away from the noisy busy street but within short walking distance to the city bus, beach,grocery store, Marina Puerto Magico- we found it very easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. The condo was well equipped with enough space for 4 people to spread out. The teenagers really enjoyed the pool after dinner. Great communication with the Hostess. Good time had by all.

We loved our stay at Mary's condo. The condo is spacious for a group of 4. We loved being a very short block from the beach. And a grocery store practically next door. We would definitely rent this condo from Mary again!

After 2 Christmas visits canceled due to covid. I suggested to my son that perhaps we get together in Mexico. The apartment was a two bedroom had lots of space, a great kitchen to cook in, instead of going out all the time. It was the perfect location to have a nice laid back visit. Thank you Mary for hosting us! To those of you who rent apartments regularly… yes I took my usual stuff, salt/pepper, oil, tea towel, dish cloth, sharp knives (cause most in Mexico are dull) and was so happy to see that for the most part it was not needed. Well except for the knives… was a great place well stocked, well laid out with 2 ensuite bedrooms. We had such a great time.

We had a great 29 day visit at this condo for our first time. Beach is close and there is a large grocery store close. Because of covid they had a 3:00 beach lockdown but they never really enforced it unless you were staying at the resorts. The beach was very quiet because of covid. There were several people selling Mexican items on the beach, this is my biggest complaint as they were very disruptive. You could not go 5 minutes without being hounded by them and one would leave and another would come. This is the worst part about not being in a resort as they come right up to you and it's constant. The resorts do not allow it but because we were on public beach you have no way to get away from the sellers. There is a rocky area where we sometimes sat and they came less there. The unit had a leak from the tap and it was immediately replaced with a new one. We also had very little hot water this was also solved by Renee who takes care of the complex. He simply turned up the water heater. The air conditioners leaked water in both bedrooms more so in the room with 2 beds but luckily we never needed to use them. I let the owner know they appear to be needing maintenance, owner said she will look into it. Dealing with the owner online was great she responded quickly much easier when you deal with actual owner. Owner is very nice and made sure we had all the information we needed. This is a smaller complex only 16 units and pool is shared with others. Water in pool is warmed that was a treat. Great place it was quieter than usual from what others said because of Covid.

This was our second time staying at this condo and were just as happy. Mary responds immediately to any questions/concerns you might have and the groundskeeper is always willing to help out. A lovey little oasis of peace with the beach nearby. Close to the buses and grocery store. Definitely returning

This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and we wanted our trip to have a balance of ‘at home’ accommodations while we experienced the city and surrounding area. Suites Flamingo turned out to be the perfect place to call home and it offered us everything that we could ask for and more. The location was perfect. The condo was a one-block walk to the beautiful sandy beach and it was nestled away for the tourist traffic. The Hilton hotel is a block from the condo and it came in handy when we wanted to book some tours. The tour guide at the Hilton, Sergio, did a great job in helping us finalize our selection. The condo is located in Las Garzas, Zona Hotelera near the Marina and has an OXXO store across the street an made it easy to get few items or a cup of coffee. A big grocery store is located about 2 blocks behind the condo so picking up fresh groceries was really easy and convenient. We loved the location of the condo. The condo was amazing and the pictures on the site are exactly what the suite is. The décor was tasteful and it contained everything that we needed for our vacation. Lots of towels, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, internet, comfortable furniture, washer and fryer, full size fridge and range. The caretaker of the grounds, Renee was very friendly, helpful and was always ready to give us some good tips about the suite or the surrounding area, he’s a great guy. The pool area was really cozy and had an abundance of loungers and chairs. Checking in and out was a breeze. We loved staying at this location and highly recommend it. Looking forward to our next trip to PV, it was a great experience.

Lovely spot tucked away in its’ own little oasis. Close to the beach and easy and quick access to the downtown via bus. Accommodation is exactly as shown on the website. Mary is a dream!

Was disappointed that there was construction going on on the road while we were there. Made it hard to walk around. The condo was satisfactory. No frills.

A wounderful two bedroom, two bathroom, 2nd floor suite, bright and spacious, with all the ementies needed for a most comfortable stay, with a beautiful south facing view from the balcony over looking the pool. Nice central location to walk for all your needs, Beach, Grocery store,  Pharmacy,  Bus, Wallmart,  Fish market, one minute walk from the cruiseship terminal and more. The Villa is maintained on a daily bases by the caretaker , very nicely gromed and quite. It was a pleasure for my months stay, so much so I've booked again for two months.
