This house is very charming, old and new mingle perfectly. Very tastefully decorated and was very comfortable for our family stay. Town is walking distance, hist was wonderful and just an all around excellent experience. Highly recommend.

The home is exactly like the listing. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect for walking anywhere in Frankenmuth. The street the house is located on is just around the corner from Main Street ensuring a quiet experience. The historic home is perfect. The decor is beautiful without flaw. There are so many great areas of the home perfect for photographs. Next time we are in Frankenmuth we will stay here. Nothing else compares.

This house is perfect for any event, family gathering, or a girl's weekend. This house felt like an elevated experience; the beds, towels, and house furnishings were all beautiful. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. We celebrated my bridal shower here and got so many compliments. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.

We rented the Brownstone Haus as a place for family and friends to gather and stay during the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and provided a perfect location for the bridal party to gather for glam and photos the morning of the wedding. It was immaculately clean, so spacious with such thoughtful touches and accommodations. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating as well. I highly recommend the Brownstone Haus. The house will be fondly baked into our wedding memories and stories for years to come!

The place was everything I expected and more. I hosted a small wedding ceremony here and it was beautiful. We hosted a larger reception elsewhere, but It was so nice for our older guests to have somewhere comfortable to relax in between events. I got on a plane morning after my wedding, so my bridal party was left to handle the house for me and there was a great little info book to help them. It seems as if the host thought of everything you might need to know & organized it perfectly for you!

We can’t say enough good things — the Brownstone Haus was such an incredible stay. It was the absolute perfect space for our wedding weekend. Sharon was such an attentive host and we could not have asked for a more beautiful space for our intimate wedding. Our only disappointment is that it is all over.

I cannot say enough great things about the Brownstone Haus! It was absolutely magical! Sharon was so helpful inproviding information whenever we needed it. As we are not from Frankenmuth and she said us up with so many vendors. It was absolutely perfect with a place to get ready for hair and make up. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous! The house had everything we absolutely could've ever needed! It was perfect!

We had a wonderful wedding weekend at the Brownstone Haus. Our bridal party stayed here and we had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner here. The space was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us!! We arrived about 15 minutes before check in and Sharon had no issue letting us come in early. If we had a question, she was a text message away and responded quickly. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone complimented how gorgeous the house and the property was. I can’t wait to get my pictures back from getting ready. It was just amazing!!

We got married on the Bavarian belle riverboat and had our reception at the Brownstone haus. Everything about the house was perfect. If you are looking to have a small relaxed wedding, I highly recommend you have it here. Everything was walking distance from the house. My husband and his family actually walked from the house to the boat on our wedding day. The house itself was so comfortable to me. I have really bad anxiety and this house made me feel so calm. The vibes/energy in the house is great. Sharon the owner was great to work with as well. She was always just a text away if I needed anything. I have nothing bad to say about this house, all of my wedding guests, hair and makeup lady and photographers raved about how perfect this house was set up. Book it you won’t regret it :)

This has become our annual golf and shopping vacation. We are 4 retired couples and enjoy the area for its many golf courses and great shopping. The hosts are the best and the home has everything you need both inside and out. Beautiful Home.

Our family's stay in the Brownstone Haus felt like a return home. From the helpful and accommodating nature of our host, Sharon Hadaway, and her husband, to the old style décor and furnishing of their home, to the loveliest carriage house and backyard garden ever, to the bonus use of the accessories and amenities, and the welcoming community in Frankenmuth, we truly could not have found a better place for our fellowship. Sharon's communication was fantastic. She availed herself to us prior to and throughout our stay. Her gentle and considerate manner extended belied the fact that we were strangers. It felt like staying at the house of a friend. Even with the items they were unable to facilitate it felt that every effort was made towards our requests. We did incur a few obstacles. Initially, we couldn't connect to the wifi, our door code stopped working; locking us out briefly, the laundry output sink backed up but did not overflow, there were lots of earwigs, spiders, and ants in the yard, carriage house and home, and we had more trash than fit in the provided bins. Our hosts' were receptive and responsive in providing assistance to rectify the need. As a result, our entire family was able to enjoy a time together that was priceless! If you are looking for a wonderful home away from home you could not go wrong in choosing The Brownstone Haus from The Hadaway's. Thank you both!

I'm so thankful to have found this property in Frankenmuth. It was everything we'd hoped it would be and more. It accommodated our family, our wedding and small reception perfectly. The house is immaculate. The host is wonderful. The location is perfect. A nice quiet neighborhood right in the heart of Frankenmuth within walking distance to pretty much everything. This is our second time staying at this house during our visit to Frankenmeuth. It is such a beautiful house with lots of room to spread out. We really enjoy dinners out in the backyard. My husband loves the walk across the street to golf.

This was my fourth time booking Sharon’s place and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Frankenmuth. The house is so comfortable, gracious and well-situated, and the hosts have thought of everything. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for my older parents and the yard is wonderful for grilling and relaxing. We love to relax on the front porch any time of day! The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and tools as well. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner in the backyard of this beautiful property. The owner keeps everything in perfect order and condition and supplies the home with everything needed. Our stay was comfortable and fun. The house was impeccably clean and the gardens were stunning. We would recommend this property for any special occasion. It is just 200 m from the main street in Frankenmuth but completely quiet. We will definitely return.

This is a beautiful historic home with modern upgrades and any amenity you can think of. The home is stunning and was the perfect place for our daughter to get ready for her wedding. I'm so excited to get my first look and wedding preparation photos BECAUSE of this property. My photographer was so excited too lol. The space had everything the wedding party needed for the weekend and was SO close to Frankenmuth Brewery it was incredible convenient. The boys were banished to the basement while the girls had the entire upstairs - it was perfect.

We stayed in The Brownstone Haus the weekend of our wedding since we now live out of state with a few other out of state family members. The house was the perfect place to do last minute planning and wedding DIY, host our family rehearsal dinner, get ready in my wedding dress, and even to take a number of pictures indoors since our wedding was in March and you never know the weather will be in Michigan! The house was the perfect backdrop for elegant photos and the decor was a perfect neutral setting to host all of our "events"! Do not even get me started on the kitchen; not only was it absolutely beautiful, but it was also fully stocked with necessities which was so helpful since we came in from out of state. I cannot recommend this house enough, even my local family members were so impressed and wanted to check out all of the beautiful rooms and fun extras like the pool table in the basement. I cannot wait to stay here again!
