It was ok, the construction with the water park isn’t great. But we go every year for our anniversary, it lived up to what we wanted. They do a good job of keeping it pretty close to normal even during major renovations. It’s a great hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and matched the charming Bavarian theme, though a bit outdated in some areas. Perfect for families with plenty of activities like a fun arcade and mini-golf. The staff were kind and welcoming, and we had no complaints during our stay. While the current pools could use a bit of updating, the upcoming waterpark sounds like it will be a fantastic addition. Overall, a great experience!

Had major issue with restaurant staff telling me she was "helping" the other staff member. Meals was good; service sucked!!!! Was told I would get a coupon or some type of thing from manager we spoke to in hallway. Got nothing, had to carry my leftovers back to room on serving dish. Place is nice, restaurant staff is LAZY!!! I had to carry my leftovers back to my room on my dinner plate because the girl was too busy "HELPING" instead of doing her job. Lost a step with getting too big

This was an amazing short trip. The Inn was amazing and the community was so fun. The shopping was exceptional

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent. You can walk to restaurants and shops. My only comment is that for the price you pay, you would expect at least a coffee pot on the room. Have to go to lobby for morning coffee. Other than that the place is great!!!

Our experience was that the hotel is currently having an issue with ants. Crawling in from all directions we had to be careful not to let our infant twins crawl on the floor. We told the hotel about the ants. They moved us upstairs and the ants were present in that room as well. We dealt with a manager named Kelly that was extensively unfriendly. This unkindness was not our experience while staying in the hotel in 2022, and 2023. We had requested some compensation, and they were not able to provide us with any because our booking was through hotels.com and was non refundable. Thankfully hotels.com recognized my 8 year membership and assisted in what ways that they could. Hotels.com phoned the hotel and spoke with Kelly and they were met with the same aggressive response that we were. This hotel is usually fun, and the Zhenders family is quite hospitable. Hopefully one day we will be able to make it back under different circumstances, when the hotel maintenance is completed and the infestation of ants has been dealt with by proper exterminators. As well, the expansion of the water park.

View out side construction.air conditioner did not work I I didn't slept I called them they told me you book buy third party . You didn’t book from direct if you need air conditioner do not work but we give you fan. I don’t want stay again. No air coming from air conditioning. After few hour 5am they turn air conditioning. I told the receptionist and manager.

It would have been more convenient to have a coffee pot and microwave in the room. The bed was very comfortable, loved the smell of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The balcony could've been swept. We loved the Family Fun Center. Overall, it was nice

Best time ever!

Even with the construction, there was plenty of parking and no sound disturbance. Loved the adult only pool and microwaves on every floor to heat up our leftovers from the Bavarian Inn restaurant. Highly recommend and will return!

Hospitality bad. Requested early check in and front desk lady lied and said she did not get a request. She then went in back and came back and lied. No early check in. I am not sure if we will stay again

It is a ok hotel. It is high price and no breakfast included. Th rooms need to be renovated. The purple wall showed dust. Bathroom was very small. Adding a microwave in the room will be greated appropriated.

My grandchildren loved the pools/slide and the many activities on site.

Only other thing that would be nice is a bar nothing to do at night.

We Loved it they have fun Centre arcade and pools on lover level and Rooms are nice and Affordable. 3 Pools and 2 Waterslides kept us Busy and had alot of Fun. New Waterpark Expansion going on right now so parking is Rough. Hopefully Prices stay reasonable after Waterpark is finished. We give this place an Aa+ and Hopefully will come back again. Food was also Great.

Everything was superb! Two nights stay was just perfect, waterslide was way faster than anticipated, huge game room, mini golf was awesome! Everything was always so clean

Property was good.. wanted to walk riverside however construction prevented it. room was top notch, and not every hotel offers room service! what a plus

Spotless room

Stayed one night with my teenager nieces. We had a blast! Great food, games, swimming, and within walking distance to all the shops.

Great! Will come back!

The Bavarian Inn was gorgeous with so much to do! My family of 5 with different ages had a blast! Even my two year old had plenty to do! Amazing.
