The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Good location

The first room we were placed in smelled like mold and the second room we were put in all the containers in the shower (I.e body wash) were empty.

It was close to downtown

Lack of staff, lack of towels, pool was filthy with water floaties and debris.

Good selection of breakfast food. Location was close to shops and restaurants. Clean room.

The room was really not any different from a cheaper hotel as far as what it had to offer. The walls seemed thin. Could hear people talking and walking loud.

The location, and the hotel was nice. The area is beautiful and I would love to explore more next time.

The receptionist.. I originally booked 2 rooms through booking.com and the price was 228 then when I got there I learned the rooms were not conjoined so I asked to just go down to one room because I had my kids with me and did not want them all the way down the hall.. for one room it was 175 because of that I would have thought the price would drop more then 53 dollars. So I feel like for 50 dollars more I should have just kept the 2 rooms but the lady was confused it seemed and did not help to accommodate me in any way.. then I asked her for extra bedding seeing has I was now gonna have 4 more bodies in my room and she acted like I wouldn't be able to and when she did give me bedding it was sheets.. no blanket no pillow nothing and she told me there was no more left...?? so I was not happy with all that.

the room was good ....clean.....new carpet and upgraded

was not told that the hotel is under renovation...no lobby....no breakfast in the area....was sent to a room on the 2nd floor for breakfast?? when we got there no one was attending it....bacon gone...eggs were dried from sitting out....we left and went to a cafe where we met up with more people from our hotel...IF we were told the hotel was torn apart, we would have went elsewhere..... the desk attendants were in the back room and not available upon check in or check out....other patrons just walked out....

The location was close to Frankenmuth attractions. The pool area was clean and staff was very attentive.

The small storage space. Our winter coats barely fit.

I really liked being offered a nice hot breakfast.

Breakfast hours ended too early. My daughter and I got to breakfast at 9:25, it ended at 9:30. We were able to get scrambled eggs, turkey sausage (was the best I've ever had!) And my daughter made a waffle. While we were getting our food, the hotel staff person starts cleaning everything up. She was literally reaching through my hands to turn off the cooker for the sausage. While, we waiting for the waffle to cook, she had already taken the utensils for the hot food. I wanted to get a little more and give my daughter some sausage and had to use a plastic spoon. Once we sat to eat, more people came to try.to eat. The lady had thrown away the eggs and sausage.( i let the guests know the food was thrown away).put all plastic wear away and coffee cups by 940. These other guests were upset.as well. It was hard to relax and enjoy my breakfast with her moving around so fast, cleaning everything up like a tazmaine devil and saying what a hurry she was in. I took this little trip due to feeling stressed and needing to relax. Honestly many workers in Frankenmuth seemed very grumpy and put out.
