Perfect place for a couple for the weekend. Centrally located with easy access to the freeway.

We came to stay in Morro Bay on our daughter’s recommendation who goes to Cal Poly. We loved the town and the place. Will be back. First VRBO place with a rack full of spices, ground coffee for the morning, and well stacked bathroom amenities. Big Thanks Downside: limited room for hanging clothes in the closet.

It was a lovely place. The decor was fun and they had everything you could need. We would definitely stay again!

We were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and close to everything.

This is my second stay at this property. I mostly use it just for sleeping and preparing for my day out and it doesnt disappoint. It is your basic inlaw suite, so fairly small, but perfect for one person. My brother came to stay for part of the visit and he slept on an airmattress in the front room. Had we been spending any time there, it would have felt a little crowded with two people who are not a couple, but I would highly recommend this property for one person or a couple. The location is amazing. You are in Morro Bay which puts you equally well placed to visit Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, and several popular tourist sights around the county. It is also a welcome cooldown from the heat of the inland cities. I love it.

Property is in great condition. All rooms are clean and well appointed. Heat is sufficient for the cool coastal mornings. Great location. Highly recommend!

This was a super clean and fun spot to stay in Morro Bay. We love to walk around town and walking from this location to town was not particularly pedestrian friendly when crossing under the freeway. It was totally doable, but no obvious crosswalks or pathways for the first quarter mile or so just means taking some extra care. This is the only reason for 4 stars on the location. If you plan on driving, not an issue! Everything else was 5 stars for us. I really appreciate the simple check in and check out procedures! Enough kitchen equipment to make a meal (we bought some local fresh fish and other goodies from Giovanni's), quiet neighborhood, easy access, and a communicative host. Thanks, LaRonda!

We had a quick visit to Morro Bay, it was great staying at LaRonda's place. She was easy to communicate well in advance before our stay and left clear directions on access to the property. The property was just a few minute drive from the main downtown area.

We were passing through town to check out the area and this was perfect, convenient stop. Very clean and comfortable.

The unit was sized for three; accomatated for 8; needed more space for food stuffs brought in; limited space for private toiletries; fridge was excessively noisey; heater worked great; bed was very comfortable; very limited space for clothing; no instructions for television usage.

Everything we needed for our lil getaway. Very clean nice place. Beds were comfortable.

Great accommodations and location. Grabbed fresh fruits and veggies at the farmers market and prepared dinners in the nice kitchen. Walking distance to the rock and embarcadero. Already thinking about returning.

Perfect little getaway! We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Far enough away from the chaos that ensues on the weekend but close enough to everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

The unit was well appointed and very cozy. Great communication and directive from the host as well. The unit was clean and had everything you would need, including a fully loaded kitchenette with full size appliances. The only subpar experience we had, that in no way negatively impacts my opinion of the hosts great service, was the noise from the unit above. They must’ve had small children that we’re running around until past 10pm and we could also hear them talking and the plumbing was also very audible. Not sure what the host or owner could do to mitigate the noise, but it was very loud and a bit disruptive. Having a long day of activities on the marina and wanting to get some rest, that was unpleasant but, having had three kids myself I understand.

This rental was perfect for my wife and myself. Good size and close to restaurants shopping and the beach. This was our 2 time here we did the same thing last year.
