Great 2-bedroom unit located in the best part of PV. Everything with the unit was as advertised and we we had no issues or problems. The 24-hour front desk staff was a nice bonus to have whenever you needed anything or just had questions about any topic. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the second time staying at Plaza Mar in this condo. The condo is modernized with old world charm such as the stained glass deck windows and a wide array of art to enjoy and reflect on. Location is close to the beach, close to dining and has a Birds Eye view of the entertainment that happens daily in the square. Thank you so much again for having us Jordan! Rob. Manitoba Canada

Loved this condo. All the Mexican artwork was so beautiful. Condo was clean and had everything you need. LOCATION is fabulous. Right by the beach and close to so many great restaurants. You can walk everywhere . We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and at the pool which is on top of the building. Book this condo.....you won't be sorry!

The property was very warm and inviting. LOVED the location, overlooking the park and in the heart of it all! Spent many hours on the patio observing the daily life of Mexico. Do not hesitate to book!

It was our first time in PV so we didn’t know what to expect but the location of this condo made it all the more wonderful. Great location near the beach, plenty of great restaurants, an atm, taxis, etc. I hope to visit again soon!

One of our favorite things about this condo was sitting on the patio and watching all the action. It’s literally in the best spot of zona romantica. The condo was clean, charming and well stocked. We also loved the rooftop pool. I would highly recommend this condo!

Jordan was more than accommodating as we reorganized our dates because of Covid for 2 years!!! The staff is friendly and helpful and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The rooftop pool is a great escape from the busy beach - and a great place to meet other vacationers. Yes it's a busy location - but nothing that interfered with sleeping - in fact being right beside the plaza gave us great views for 2 dance shows that happened while we were there. We will be back!! This is a fantastic location and a beautiful, welcoming and clean suite to enjoy the Romantic Zone of PV. Jordan was excellent to deal with and we would rent from her again!

We adored this condo and it was a great family vacation. Great location and we could hear the ocean at night. Kids loved the pool and there were some terrific restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again during our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

We loved this property. The unit is super charming and has stunning views of the ocean. The building is beautiful and the pool on the roof is perfect. The bottled water service was another differentiator that highlighted Jordan's attention to detail. Our only hiccup was with cleaning, but that was a miscommunication on our part. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was walking distance to great food, shopping and entertainment. Not to mention, just steps from the beach! The view was incredible as well. It was appointed with everything you need for making a meal in or for a night of just relaxing in with a movie or a book. There was enough room for a family of four to retreat from each other after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the my 6th trip to PV and was pleasantly surprised. I think some of the other units advertised on this site have great photographers but not the case here. I would definitely stay here and recommend to a friend/family. I think the nicest part is that the doorman is (usually) always there and has to buzz you into the building. If you're looking to go to the beach and someone stays in the room, you don't need a key to get back in if the doorman recognizes you. Also, we arrived early and the room was ready. Shortly before your stay, you'll receive a welcome packet from the owner. The email contains (1) building information (amenities, policies, etc. . ); (2) guest authorization form which you need to show the front desk; and (3) a packet of local restaurant recommendations which was awesome. We were there over new years. Any major complaints are outside of the owners control. The master bedroom and living room overlook Plaza Mar which can be noisy at times. There was one time where the water wasn't working right but was told it was a supply issue and impacted all surrounding units. Internet in Mexico is slow and that has been my experience at other properties that I have stayed. The good thing about this unit is that the internet was reliable.

Very well maintained and supplied with many extras. Staff at the front desk was so very helpful with suggestions and assistance. Owner and manager were very responsive and checked in with us during the stay to make sure all was well

Once again Plaza Mar is my condo of choice for my New Year's vacation!! Unit 505 was great.....just what my son and I needed for a break from the rain in Vancouver Canada........everything was just as advertised (as usual) and the front desk was very helpful. The condo is so well situated...right in the middle of fabulous restaurants and stores. The staff was so nice and helpful and the condo itself was spectacular! Can’t wait to come back

As a long time PV visitor, I’ve stayed just about everywhere, but you cannot beat the location of Plazamar. Great condo, great service before and during. Highly recommended.

Pros-Great location, old building, old Mexician charm, nice view from balcony Cons- if you want to sleep past 7 am, this isn’t the property for you, they start sweeping the park directly across the street between 630-7 am everyday. 6 days a week Zumba class is conducted in the park from 8ish for one hour- good luck sleeping through that noise. When sitting on the balcony you frequently will experience smoke from the Barbecue doing the fish and shrimp sticks- to a point where sometimes we couldn’t sit on the balcony. The pillows not even sure you could call them pillows need to be replaced, bed is extremely firm. We have been coming to PV for years and have stayed at many places. Always wanted to stay here due to the location. The pool wasn’t heated for over a week of our stay. Summary- if you are an early riser and don’t need pillows to sleep and don’t mind constant smoke when you sit outside, this is the perfect property for you.

We have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for years and stayed in #505 last summer. This location is unbeatable for charm, restaurants, art, beach and overall activity. We were pleasantly surprised with the many changes the new owners have made to the unit. The new sofa cushions and bedroom and bath linens are well coordinated, top quality and very refreshing. The new terrace equipale furniture is great. It is both comfortable and charming. We love the terrace with it’s picturesque views of the mountains and ocean and the lively activities in the park. The wind changes during the evenings sent cooling winds from the mountains. We didn’t need air conditioning at all. This trip included some dental appointments at Just Smiles. We were too early in the season for the Farmer’s Market and folkloric dancing in the park. The beaches and vicinity were very clean. We’re pleased Page in the Sun has developed into a popular coffee stop and book store. The Mercado remains a good stop for fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and pastries. Plazamar is always immaculate, the staff as friendly and cheerful as expected. An elevator door repair was a minor inconvenience before we left. We were extremely impressed with the staff and their kind consideration in manually operating the elevator door to take anyone to or from their unit if they didn’t want to walk the stairs. Good exercise for us until it was time to take our luggage down for departure. We look forward to our next visit this Spring.

We arrived at this condo to be greeted by a sign saying "the elevator is not working". Apparently this had been a problem for a while but the owner did not tell us about this at any point in our correspondence. The air conditioner in the unit was not working, the safes in the condo were not working and there was no light in front of the unit so it was difficult to get the key in the door. I did send an e mail to the owner and all these issues were resolved within two days but I feel that the unit should have been inspected before renting it out. When I rented this property there was a "no refund" policy, however I feel that I should be compensated for these inconveniences. This condo is in a great location, close to everything however it does need a face lift. The patio furniture is old and needs replacing. The couches in the condo definitely need to be replaced and the bed in the master bedroom is so hard that it was difficult to get a good night sleep. I would stay in this complex again but just not in this unit.

The location is very favorable to walking to beach, restaurants, shopping etc. No need for taxis. An overhead fan on the balcony would be a nice addition to the property.

Thank you for an absolutely great stay. While I have been to Plazamar before, I have not stayed in a two bedroom. Everything about the condo was excellent. The front bedroom A/C was noisy but we rarely used it. The only negative about the stay at the Plazamar was not seeing Adrianna at the front desk. Such a shame. The pool area was great and met many wonderful people.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Jimmy, the day manager, was wonderfully helpful. Jordan was available for questions and provided us with a lot of information about the area.

This is a wonderful condo. We head down to Puerto Vallarta every summer and this home is in a perfect location and has plenty of room to spread out. We will be back!

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, nice size, comfortable, well appointed. It was secure and the folks at the front desk were very helpful with directions. Spent a lot of time being lazy at the pool and walking around Old Town. Loved that we were close to great restaurants, the Malecon and buses. PV is a beauriful city, the people friendly, and we will be back. We will definately book this condo again!

Pleasent condo, great view of oldtown, good location to activities, beach and park. Very responsive owner and staff. Bottled water provided. Would recommend additional water filter on condo. Just easier and safer to avoid MR. Great location for resturants and beach. Clean, comfortable, maid service 3 times a week. Great communication with owner. Nice pool on rooftop. A charming Mexican style condo overlooking the happenings at the plaza...concerts, morning aerobics classes, Sat market, etc. This was the first time we have not stayed right on the beach and we were not disappointed. We don't cook on vacation so we can't speak to the kitchen supplies, but we were very appreciative of the large water jug that was provided. The pillows were too hard for my personal comfort and I ended up not using them...my ONLY complaint. Very clean and great security.

This condo is in the heart of PV. It comfortably accommodates two couples or four people total. Although we went out for most meals, it was nice having a full kitchen to make breakfast (and enjoy the gorgeous city/ocean view) or a snack/drink before heading up to the rooftop pool. This location is much better for those wanting to experience all of what PV has to offer, rather than staying in the resort area further north. It has great restaurants nearby and is a short walk to nightlife The host was perfect--responsive and offered recommendations to nearby restaurants and activities. I would recommend this Plazamar condo to anyone visiting PV.
