The location was excellent. We had a great view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and well furnished.

The condo was perfect for us. We loved the view and location! The communication with the owner was great and we didn’t have any issues at all. Looking forward to booking this condo again.

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in and it was so well kept and stocked with necessary items. We cooked our thanksgiving dinner with no problems. I would recommend for sure!!

The condo is neat and stocked with everything you need. Lots of little extras that we don't usually get in other condos in this complex. Kitchen has pretty much everything you could need. Balcony has comfortable chairs, a great view with plenty of gulf breeze to keep you cool during the summer. We will definitely stay here when we come back to SPI

The place had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and everyone there was very helpful. The owner Kathy was excellent to deal with. She responded in a very timely manner and also called me a few times. It was a little small for 4 adults but we managed without a problem. We enjoyed the area because there were so many neat beach bars with live music. I would highly recommend this condo. We had a great time!

We visited for spring break and our stay was perfect. This condo is perfect for 4 people and had everything we needed. The view of the gulf was stunning with the most beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

Due to the construction in the penthouse it created breathing issues with 3 of us. 2 of us have asthma. One of us had to go to ER due to a severe asthma attack. The staff at the hospital said she if they hadn’t come in earlier she would been hospitalized. When the air conditioner kicked in people in the condo started coughing and sneezing. The air filters need to be replaced. We had to leave a day earlier than planned. One of the guest only enjoyed 3 days in the condo before she became very ill. Will not return.

We loved this condo. It has all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. The ocean/beach views are fantastic. The place has been renovated recently. The bedrooms are ok but a bit small, and the place does not have a dishwasher. Other than that I’d highly recommend this place. The hostess is fantastic and the people at the reception desk are very helpful. The Aquarius condominium Is well maintained.

We wife and I loved the condo and we had a great time staying here for our wedding anniversary in Jan 2023. The condo building is great and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub that were well maintained and are kept at a perfect temperature. The condo unit itself was wonderful as well. It has been completely remodeled and even had new furniture in it. My wife's favorite part was the view from the balcony! The oceanfront view was great and being on the ninth floor gave us a good view up and down the beach. We enjoyed the tile shower in the bathroom as well. You will not regret staying here!

The condo community is very well maintained and their staff is very welcoming and friendly. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and the views are simply incredible, just awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!!!

First…the not so good. I won’t say bad because it isn’t. The bathroom is quite small especially for 4 people but the shower was great, the humidity was always high (compared to our friends’ condo that is in a different part of the building) and it’s a small condo. Now…the good! The first bedroom looks out over the ocean from the bed, the 2nd bedroom is like a cave (cold and dark) so either way you like to sleep you can! The kitchen even overlooks the water, the living room overlooks the water but the balcony view… Wow! Truly panoramic views from one end to the other. The sun rises directly outside the living area. This is what you come for!! It’s close to the elevators but not so close you hear everyone’s conversation. The property has access to the beach but it could be better. At least a longer mat for the walkway as the sand is burning your feet. And it needs more spaces to wash the sand off. We would definitely stay here and in this condo again!! It was a great vacation for our family.

Great location , amazing view ,very clean and perfect for three people.

Our family vacation was amazing from the time we entered into the condo! Everything was better than the pictures shown! Even down to the little amenities like pans, disinfectant, ketchup packets, & seasonings for us to cook. The communication was great before, during, & after our stay! Our 3yr old son loved the beach view & waking up to it. The place was simply perfect and we didn't want to leave AT ALL! WILL DEFINITELY BE WHERE WE STAY ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO SPI! THANK YOU AGAIN KATHY!
