Quiet and clean
The window only had cheap blinds on them and some of the slats were bent or broke. No shade no curtain. I was on the 1st floor

Close to everything.
Could use some cleaning of headboards and shower and new bedding our pillows were dirty as well as towels.

Easy to find, near many shops. Beds were very comfortable. Extra security on door locks

You can hear all conversations in the hall, since there’s a large gap under the door,
the breakfast area is so so small, if more than 10 people are at breakfast, there’s no room to sit or to even get to the food, it’s just cramped. Fortunately, there’s wonderful restaurants nearby!

Queen suite was good-sized. Beds were comfy, good, affordable place
First off, elevators didn't work that was a big noo. they gave me 2nd floor when i asked for a ground floor and shower door wouldnt close and a little dirty.

We had a great experience here. The lobby people were all very friendly. The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Well, when we walked in, the place had a smell of wet/ mold mildew and it was warm in the lobby. Then when we got to our room, we had booked for 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. And the vanity area, was outside the bathroom. We all thought we were staying in a dorm room from back in college. Would not stay here again. The cleaning lady was very polite, though and helped us with what we needed. When I booked for this hotel, I thought I was getting the one closer to the entrance of the Island. The pictures are WAAAAY over done for the actual look of the property. They make it look newer and updated but its not.

It’s too small. No room when having breakfast.
Stood 6 days and they NEVER came to clean the room. We had to ask 3 times! The cleaning lady was rude and they were lazy. They said they would talk to the manager. That never happened. And get this. The ONLY TIME they came to the room was to ask if we were checking out yet?! We were hardly in our room. Only to sleep. I never give bad reviews but, man. This was seriously disappointing.

How close to the beach it was, and I like how they offered happy hour. The room was quite bigger than what I was expecting

The room was clean when we arrived, you could smell that it was clean. Staff was friendly at all times, we didnt run into anyone rude. Location is decent too, compared to beach location.
The outside of the hotel looks eh, but inside its different in a good way. We also noticed alot of the ac units dripping, my parents had trouble sleeping because of the dripping noise. I was also unsure of the pool cleanliness, the water was always warm not sure if thats just the area or if something can be done about it.
