Room was musky, bed was wet from humidity, uncomfortable.

Was charged for spring break parking even thou we rented room, spring break didn't start till Saturday.

The lady in the morning was rude saying our kids where stomping all morning we woke up at 10 so I'm not sure who was stomping there where guests smoke illegal drugs outside by our room 217 . Other than the price everything else was not worth the stay

Spacious room, came with mini fridge. Very comfortable. The balcony was cool.

Slight smell in the air but I assume it's because we were close to the bay.

I made reservations at Casa Balla the same time my sister made reservations at another location. So I immediately within 15 min tried to cancel or book for another day and was told there would be no refund and I could not change dates. Thankfully the other location was kind enough to cancel our reservation without penalty and we stayed at Casa Bella. The front of the hotel looks very nice but once you turn the corner it looks like a run down Motel 6. The rooms at Casa Bella were large, but, the bathroom was horrible, the water would back up in the sink and slowly would drain. The paint was old and chipping and the hair dryer would not work, it just came off the wall broken. They only gave you two soaps and one little packet of shampoo. Towels were dingy white . I was really disappointed. I don't ever leave a review when staying somewhere but like I said I was very disappointed and would not want anyone else waiting money, thinking they are getting a nice place. Apparently I wasn't the only one disappointed. I ran into two other families that were complaining. One of them convinced me to write my review.

there was dead fish all in the back made the whole place smelled like ROTTEN FISH. The doors don’t close right the plug ins literally DONT WORK are tooo lose and won’t hold. it’s very old looks nothing like the pictures. everything is rusted lights are very dim. also sheets are very old and room had no phone in it the cable sucks had no signal in most channels

The property was well maintained and easy to find. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The hot tub was amazing.

Everyone complains about hotel beds, the bed was comfortable. The pillows were awful. I know you can’t please everyone and my pillows are feather. My only problem was the pillows, but a trip to Walmart cured that.
