Having stayed at a lot of beach properties in Texas. This one rose above all at the price point. Breakfast was great. Awesome waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon. Pool was very clean. 1 block from beach. Room super clean and roomy. They clean every other day unless requested. Plenty of parking.

Not sure everyone in the pool were staying at the property.

I loved how clean the whole property was kept inside and out! It was very beautiful and comfortable. The daily breakfast was also a wonderful addition!

At check in everyone was trying to get towels for their rooms. We were no exception, but our problem was that we could never get wash cloths for the duration of our stay we were only asked once if we wanted our room cleaned. It was never cleaned when we came back in the evenings and we had to always ask for clean towels and wash cloths which we were told were in the dryer on one occasion and when I asked the maid on our floor she didn’t understand what I was saying ( I think a language barrier) and told me no they didn’t have any. The breakfast area could definitely use some enlargement for the amount of people there to get their food and sit to eat. I believe the pool is heated because the one time we tried to use it it was so hot that we immediately got out, not the refreshing dip we thought we were taking at the end of June.

Breakfast was very good and nice staff making sure eveything was filled, or if we needed something else.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean.

I have to say that one thing I found disappointing was that there were men drinking beer at the entrance of the hotel. The following morning, when we were leaving, the beer cans were piled high on trash cans.

The room was clean and AC worked.

However, the facility it's self need work in customer service. They need to focus on hiring staff that speaks and understands English a little better. The breakfast buffet was pretty lame and had to pay for it as well, where other place that offer the same breakfast buffet it would be included in the stay. The elevator on the right had the feeling of disrepair. When going up and down, it had the feeling and sound as if if would just fall at any minute. Also notice that when the elevator went down to first floor after it had stopped with the floor being level withbthe elevator after about 2-3 second it would drop another 1" or so.

People in the front desk were very nice, the morning breakfast was great, house keeping was very poor no one ever come and clean the room and we where there for 4 day . and no did any think about it just that we will let the manager know , And the bad thing is that you pay all this money for your room and expect for somebody to come in at least the 2nd day to clean and no one comes and water also came into the room from the tornado that was in Laguna and no came to clean it either I won't ever stay at this hotel again

It was very clean and comfortable. We received a text asking how are room was a few minutes after arrival and another text next day asking if our stay was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

The ONLY thing that would’ve made it better was if it was right on the beach, but 4 minutes walk away isn’t bad either!

The room overall was very nice and clean.

The elevator was out of order. Our room was in the 3rd floor.

The bed was practically disastrous. It was a very unforgatable and unpleasant stay.

The was extremely uncomfortable. Did not have electricity for most of the time.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and the bed comfortable. Good selection of items in the breakfast buffet. Great to have modern washer-dryer in the laundry room.

The tables sometimes filled up in the breakfast area.
