Beautiful space, close to restaurants, museums, everything!

We have stayed several times and love the condo. Central to the plaza just blocks away. We take our small dog and she loves it. Great get away! We got up to Taos ski valley for a day and loved the snow.

I stayed at Cynthia's beautiful Condo with my 2 dogs and it was just perfect. I like to cook most of my meals at home and her kitchen had everything one would need - AND great cookware! (not always the case when you travel!) The grounds were beautiful, and the location ideal with it being just a short walk to downtown. We will be back!

The place is beautiful and exactly as described. Everything we needed was on the property. It is in a great location with easy walking distance to all kinds of shopping and dining options.

Another perfect time staying at this wonderful property. Inviting, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The location could not be better. There was even a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived with a very kind note from Cynthia. What a thoughtful touch! She is indeed a premiere host. Cynthia makes sure all visitors are well taken care of, and she is always available to communicate with. She even kept us informed of possible weather conditions on our drive to Santa Fe. We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia's condo. It was very convenient for just walking into downtown Santa Fe. The unit was very comfortable, the bed was great and everything was as described online. We felt very secure and enjoyed the gas fireplace and the well- equiped kitchen. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Santa Fe.

My husband, small pup and I had the best time staying in this well organized, comfortable and perfectly located condo in Santa Fe. While in town we could easily walk to all of the Wine and Chile Fiesta events and all of our favorite restaurants. Cynthia and her assistant were the perfect hostesses and always available for any question and problem that came up. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Santa Fe. My husband and I will be back!

The property was located very close to Santa Fe Plaza. We loved that we could leave the car parked and walk everywhere. The condo had everything you could want or need provided. We had an amazing vacation and would not hesitate to book with Cynthia when we visit, again.

This is a very nice property that is a short walking distance to the Plaza. The host is exceptional and very responsive to all the questions I had.

Check in was easy. The property manager was always available and really went above and beyond with all requests. Cynthia is a wonderful host!! Up until my stay at her condo she sent so many helpful emails with great suggestions. We went to the Opera because she suggested!! It was wonderful. Location was so close to Plaza we did lots of walking. There was a welcome basket filled with chips, hot sauce, wine, energy bars etc. Cynthia left a very kind note welcoming us. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we loved the condo!! Thanks to all!

I love this rental! The condo is located close to many restaurants, shops and trails. Parking is onsite with easy access and secure. The condo is wonderfully decorated and full of amenities. The owner and her assistant were both very responsive and provided clear and robust communication and information about the condo, area and Santa Fe. I would definitely want to stay here again if in the area.

Everything from appointments to goodie basket to location to parking were simply wonderful. Underground locked parking in Santa Fe--the only one we've seen! Location perfect for plaza, museums, restaurants and a great big grassy area for walking the dogs just across a not busy street. Roomy with large fully equipped kitchen. Living area opening to patio was delightful for us and the dogs. The "study" which had a pull-out bed for those needing more bed was a fabulous retreat. Bedroom and bathrooms were beyond expectation in size and furnishings. All in all we've found our next rental for Santa Fe!

We have visited Santa Fe numerous times over the last 10 years staying at a number of VRBOs. This was the best!! The condo was beautifully appointed, easy access to the Plaza. Cynthia gave detail information on how to access items in the condo. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe.

Great location mere blocks from the Plaza and great restaurants. Condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner provided detailed information prior to arrival from entry information to the property to great recommendations on activities and restaurants. The restaurants recommended were excellent and most were within short walking distance. Everything about the condo and the attention to detail was first class. It's obvious that this owner takes great pride in insuring her guests have a excellent experience.

We had a great time in Santa Fe, largely due to our comfort with our lodging. You can't beat Cynthia's condo for convenience, security and every thoughtful amenity that has been provided. Added to that, the wonderful, helpful notes about the unit and community were a crash course in getting to know the surrounds. We wouldn't hesitate to book this quiet, clean and 'Southwest Elegant' unit again.

We were in Santa Fe for 2 weeks.The property was immaculate and had many amenities. The property owner was very helpful if we had questions about where to find things in SF. She left an awesome Welcome basket we enjoyed very much. Would recommend this property for a stay in SF. Very convenient and interesting decor.

Casa Cynthia has become our favorite place to stay while vacationing in Santa Fe. It’s like having a home away from home. Everything’s just perfect. We’ll be returning soon!

Perfect downtown location. The unit is very well appointed and Cynthia was available for any questions. Garage parking was an added bonus.

This is the perfect Santa Fe home. Great location, beautifully appointed, well equipped, very clean, and the frosting is what I call the “VRBO Host of the Year.” Cynthia was so helpful as we tried to extend our stay, and she even gave us two concert tickets she couldn’t use! Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home.

This was a trip that was supposed to be in May 2020 - but Covid happened. It was great to have it finally happen. In spite of the wildfires we found plenty to do. Cynthia was beyond accommodating as we postponed the trip twice. The condo is wonderful. Great location just a short walk from the Plaza and dining. The info that she provided was great - recommendations for things to do and places to dine. We ate at the following - all la short walk. Horno, La Boca (2x), Osteria D'Assisi and Cafe Pasquals - all were terrific. Out and about. Day trips to Taos (& Rio Grand Gorge bridge), Ghost Ranch (& Echo Ampitheater), Turquoise Trail and New Mexico Jeep Tours (look it up on Google). Also visited both Ojo Caliente and Ojo Santa Fe - very different but both great. Look forward to coming back someday to visit what we missed the first time.

Very nice casita , was clean ,and charming as well as a great location, so close to plaza . Cynthia the host was warm and friendly and responded to all questions and communication promptly. Would highly recommend !

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment with two bathrooms and a study. The outside garden is very inviting. The only negative is it tends to be a bit dark. Lighting in hallway is cold and harsh and should be changed to 2700 K bulbs. Otherwise, a lovely stay in this beautifully appointed rental.

We felt at home in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo within easy walking distance of the Plaza and all that downtown Santa Fe has to offer. Cynthia was a dream to work with. We hope to come again next year!

A lovely condo in a great location (5 minute walk to Plaza, and just a bit further to Canyon Road). Cynthia was just great; very helpful communication throughout, and the condo was really tastefully done; perfect for the two of us. We have been in Santa Fe many times, and always enjoy it. Thanks for making this trip a delight!

It's nice to find a place that exceeds your expectations. Cynthia didn't miss any details on making this the perfect stay. The unit was exceptionally clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I loved the natural cleaning products that are offered and used, instead of the artificially perfumed products. The radiant floor heating is wonderful, and I especially loved how, with the flip of a switch, you have a nice, cozy warm fire. Cynthia is a great host and is easily available if you need anything. There was a minor mechanical issue and she was on top of it that day! Cynthia even offered to watch my dog I when I was having an issue finding doggie daycare! Highly recommend this place!!

Everything about this condo was perfect. So convenient to the Plaza area, so many great restaurants within walking distance. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the fireplace added the cozy and helped us to warm up quickly after being outdoors. The owners really thought of everything in terms of conveniences and check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!
