We’ve just had the most relaxing long weekend. Location was superb quiet but close to all amenities. Dog friendly with a truely secure walled garden. Would definitely consider staying again.

The location was perfect for us visiting Chesterfield as we normally stay in a hotel but this holiday let gave us a much more flexible holiday We will be looking to book again.

Loved this cottage. It was lovely and clean and in an excellent state of repair. The external picture does not do it justice. Inside it is beautifully laid out and has a nice cosy feel. We have stayed at many cottages and this is probably has the best lay out and appropriate room sizes. It is the edge of Clay Cross which has everything you are likely to need. It is not in the Peak District but there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. The owners kindly provided us with secure storage for our cycles we took with us. The garden is secure for you dog should you take one. No complaints, would recommend it and would consider returning.
