Great stay! The house is the exceptional clean and cute, perfect for a small family. Location is just right. We had a great time, will be back. Property manager - please scale down on emails and text messages. A bit too many. :-)

This is a cool, multi-level home (yes, there are a lot of stairs) in a very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view! The location is perfect for getting up and down the coast. The home is well stocked with quality linens, towels, dishes and appliances. The furniture is eclectic, casual and not exactly as pictured in the listing but overall very comfortable. We thought the beds could use a little upgrading however. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

It’s a great house. We loved the layout. 3 different levels with a beautiful view on top floor. Lots of windows.. and windows were very clean! Nice big TV. Kitchen was stocked with a good amount of kitchen things we needed. We did run into a few problems. BBQ grill didn’t work. Had to go to store to buy a lighter to ignite. Not a big deal. Dish soap container was empty.. had to go buy soap. No towels in downstairs bathroom, the king size bed and queen both had the hardest mattresses we’ve ever slept on. Even the younger adults complained about their backs hurting. The bunk bed mattresses in the 3rd bedroom were very comfortable. The screen doors throughout the house need to be replaced. Had a hard time opening them without them coming off the tracks. The fire pit out front worked but it only had a very tiny flame that comes out in the middle. It wasn’t even big enough to make S’mores on or radiate any heat to sit around. It was super tiny! We still had a wonderful vacation and the management company was very nice! They even followed up the next day to make sure we were able to get the grill up and running to enjoy our dinner. So thank you!

This comfortable and open home was home base for our family of teens between Morro Bay adventures. Believe I literally sat in the view window for each sunrise and sunset, taking in the coastline views from North to South. Tasteful design, space to lounge, generous driveway and garage to stage for adventures. We did not lack a thing. Tip: There is a beach parking lot and path almost directly down the hill from the home (Morro Bay Sunset) that leads to the expansive strand beach and nice waves too.

We had a girls' and grandson beach trip to Morro Bay and stayed at this property. The views are awesome, including the ocean (obviously), but we also saw a few deer in the adjacent field. Very quiet and the property was as described on the listing. We had no issues and everything was in working order. Would definitely recommend. One caveat: there are lots of stairs both inside and out if anyone in your party has mobility issues.

My wife and 3 month old stayed here for seven nights and had an AMAZING time. The house is laid out so wonderfully with a spacious kitchen to cook and a lovely living room to take in the views of the ocean. All kitchen equipment is quality and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and I enjoyed the garage for surfboard and wetsuit storage. Also, it was great to have a washer dryer and the units worked perfectly. MY FAVORITE STAY EVER!!!

The home was fantastic! Well equipped...amazing views! Renters do need to be aware there are LOTS of stairs throughout the home. I can't wait to go back!

You cannot beat the view on this house. Even though the weather was crummy, the view from the house made up for it! The house has everything you may need, check-in/out is easy, and access to the garage and laundry is a nice plus. There are a lot of stairs, so for those with little ones just make note :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The view from the living room is breathtaking. Easy drive to the grocery store and beach parking.

My parents, husband, and myself had a wonderful 4-night's stay at the property. It was easy to check in, and we could easily communicate with the managers about any concerns we had. We love to cook and found that the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The pantry had a few spices and canola oil left behind by others. We loved spending sunsets on the deck and time around the fire pit at night. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

My family enjoyed the Christmas holiday in Morro Bay. Nice views from almost all rooms. A lot of stairs so keep that in mind. Would definitely stay again.

Great place in Morro Bay. Roomy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and possibly the best view in town. 10 mins drive to Morro Rock and Embarcadero, and even less to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nicely renovated property, close to the beach, and shops.

We loved the house! Wonderful vacation and very comfortable! The only two tiny negatives is the lower level bathroom had some ants (not many), and we couldn’t get the outdoor fireplace lit…could have been user error.

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful time. The home is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked dinner every night and watched the sunset over the Bay. The family room was wonderful with a comfortable window seat and sofas for lounging during movie night. We loved our visit and would stay again.

We loved our two weeks in this vrbo. We sat in the Adirondack chairs each evening and watched the sun set over the Pacific. The light from high up on the hillside with the panoramic view was stunning. We really liked the kitchen - hardly ate out at all. The Internet connection was great. The fire pit was not so no good - the flames didn’t really provide warmth, only ambience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The house was nicely set up, with everything we needed. The view was spectacular, high up on the hill. Beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that extra towels were available if needed.
