Great location! Everything was exactly as described and Sue was wonderful to work with. We had fun catching fish off the dock, taking the kayak and paddle boat out, bon fires and checking out the Alexandria area. Would love to stay again sometime!

Great house for a large group/family getaway. Nice lakeside location in a quiet neighborhood. We made use of the two kitchens! Nice outdoor areas for gathering.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was on a smaller lake which was great for kayaking, paddle boarding and they had a paddle boat to use which was great! We were able to enjoy the other lakes that were very close and bigger where we took our ski boat to do more water sports! We also enjoyed the bike trails that were located very close! The house was spacious and supplied everything we needed to cook , grill out and just hang out with the family! We would stay here again and recommend if to other families or groups to enjoy!

This was a nice house. The only issue was the picture of the lake view seemed to have less obstruction that what really was. Overall it’s was a good stay and a clean property.

Every year my kids like to take their friends up North for a fun time in a cabin on the lake. Always Alexandria bc it's their mother's favorite place on earth! It's getting harder and harder to find a cabin big enough and affordable but this place hit the spot! The lake front wasn't as friendly but there are so many things to do: Fishing; paddle board; kayak or paddle boating! Along with other beaches that are sandy wo weeds. And the cabin was full of amenities!! Great place owned by very accommodating people, the Persons!

This house was so clean and comfortable! Owner was very prompt in her replies. Beautiful lake view and dock area. Super close to other beaches and parks. Our family has the best time and would love to return to the same place!

This property works so well for our family of 9. With grandchldren ages of 3, 8, and 11, the kids had so much space to play both outside and inside. The 6 adults loved having two kitchens and two living spaces. This is our second time here, we hope to make it a third time next summer!

Owners were super nice and gave easy directions. Everything went to plan and there wasn’t a lot of hassle in the cleanup process

My husband and I spent a wonderful month at Brophy Reflections. Amazing sunsets and relaxing days overlooking the lake. Very comfortable home. Easy to get into Alexandria. Enjoyed being in close proximity to family.

The property was beautiful, well furnished, and clean. We enjoyed family meals created together in the kitchen and relished the views from the front and back yard in the mornings and evenings. We had fun with the paddle boat and kayaks while using the lake. Susan is a very responsive and courteous host who ensured that our stay was the best it could be.

Beautiful view. Wish there was more beach but one was nearby. Quiet neighborhood. House was great. Sue is a great host.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this clean,spacious home.The paddle boat worked wonderfully for peaceful rides and fishing. The beds were very comfortable. We'd never taken a vacation like this before and it went so well, we're hoping to do it again!

We enjoyed the lake property and found it to be a very nice place to stay. Susan is very nice and very helpful if we had any questions. Enjoyed the lake and bike trails and being short distance from Alexandria.

A quiet neighborhood with water right up to the edge of the property. There isn't much of a yard, but there are plenty of boats to hang on the water for the Dat. We loved it

Brophy Reflections was just what we were looking for and needing for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again.

My and my family stayed at this residence for our annual summer vacation. It was rainy throughout the weekend but there was plenty of space and thi gs to do. Kids lo Ed the paddle board and kayak and fishing and of the dock.

We rented Brophy Reflections for our summer vacation. The house had plenty of room and multiple activities. Our boys really enjoyed the paddle boat, kayak, and paddle board!!! Even with the lower lake levels the fishing was good. Caught 2 big bass off the dock. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

This place is a slice of heaven for those who love peace and quiet and the serenity of nature. This home is beautiful, spacious and well stocked. It is very clean, with close proximity to Alexandria where there are fine places to eat and fun activities to enjoy, for children, teenagers and adults. A great feature of this vacation home are the two levels, each with its own living room/entertainment center, kitchen and bathroom. It is almost like renting two separate homes. There is one bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The beds are extremely comfortable. The younger members of our family stayed downstairs with their dog - cooking in their own kitchen and playing games/watching TV. We remained upstairs, to enjoy the quiet atmosphere. There is also a separate entrance area for each level which made it quite nice for entering and leaving, with privacy. Every morning, we enjoyed the gorgeous lake views from the home, in the shaded patio or in front of the large living room windows. Every evening we enjoyed the colors of a different sunset as we sat on the dock. Members of our family enjoyed the swimming, as did their dog! The reservation check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. The owner, Susan, is so friendly, helpful and responsive. She was always just one “text” away and would also respond within minutes of any question we had. We would highly recommend this place to ALL our family and friends.

This house was just perfect for my family. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to feel at home. The canoe, kayak, paddle board and paddle boat gave us the flexibility to do all kinds of water sports. Sue even provides plenty of life jackets so we didn't have to worry about bringing these from home. The house was cozy and had a wonderful picture window in the living room looking out onto the lake. There were plenty of beds to accommodate my family, mother and my sister's family. Everyone had their own space to hang out and the living rooms upstairs and downstairs were equipped with comfortable seating and TV's (Direct TV too). Sue was a wonderful host and was extremely responsive with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to help me with a few unique requests too. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and can't wait to go back!

The place was huge. Having the second kitchen just off the patio was wonderful and convenient. Swimming was not good. The whole lake, including the actual beach were weedy and gross, but the fishing was excellent!

We had the best family time and enjoyed every minute of our stay! Lots of water and boat time. Plenty of room for Grandpa, Nana, kids and grandkids. Lake Brophy is very quiet and the swimming and fishing is excellent. This is our 4th summer stay so we keep coming back! Thank you to the owners!

The shoreline area has nice clear water, beautiful tall shade trees, and nice dock area. Great swimming & views of the lake!
