The views from the condo were million dollar views, access to beach was truly spot on. The condo was clean and updated. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

The whole process was super easy and the communication was great. The pictures alone sold me on the place. The view, the location, it was perfect! Although we did not spend a whole lot of time actually enjoying the condo itself, it was super nice to have a “homey-like” return after a long day out in the sun. It just gave a nice comfort to my kids and I. Also having our little pup was so easy and we were super greatful to be able to bring him along. Not much else I can say other than I look forward to hopefully renting here again in the future.

This was a great condo. It was very clean and perfect for myself and my husband and our 2 adult kids. The stocked kitchen was awesome. The only issue we had was that the wifi wouldn't connect to certain devices but that was not a problem. Communication was great with the owners. We would rent this again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great condo right on the beach.

The property was well appointed with 2 queens in the guest bedroom and a King master. Nice decor. When we arrived there were almost no towels but a quick note to the owner resolved that problem promptly. The owners were great to work with and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful property! We found the property to have everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The condo had an excellent view, was just steps to the beach, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants!

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo. It was very easy to rent and the owners were very quick to respond to all my inquiries. It’s in a perfect location and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked and had everything you need for a great beach trip. The pictures were very accurate and the views were amazing. We would definitely rent this condo again for our next trip to South Padre Island!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with your unit on SPI. We have rented a lot of properties from VRBO and others, but I can definitely say this unit ranks right at the top -- in both cleanliness, furnishings, property amenities, location and kitchen amenities.

This beautifully decorated condo was the perfect spot for our first visit to SPI. Comfortable, with great wifi and tv (HBO On Demand, yay), a postcard view of the beach, well-equipped and modern appliances and accessories. For my mobility challenged husband, being close to the elevator was a big plus. Our dog loved the private dog park!

We only have good things to say about our 3-month stay at Ocean Vista condominiums. We received all check-in instructions well in advance of our arrival and had no issues checking in. Luggage carts, as well as grocery carts, were available. We also used a grocery cart to transport our groceries whenever needed. The elevators were in good condition. The location of the condo complex on the Island is perfect. The complex is well maintained and the woman in the office is easy to work with. It was perfect being able to look right out on the beach and only walk a short distance over the dune area to put down your chair and umbrella and relax. The balcony was great to sit and watch the people in the two pools and hottub right in front of the building. The condo itself was just like the pictures shown on the VRBO site. We didn't use the second bedroom, but it was great to store all our extras, like suitcases. We used both bathrooms --- his & hers. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could possibly need, plus some spices, etc. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely rent this condo again if available.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas this year and it was a great time! The location is perfect, you have everything you need within walking distance. They allowed us to bring our two dogs and they had the best time on the beach! Everyone that was staying in the building was also super friendly. Geneva was extremely helpful with anything you needed or had a question for. Highly recommend staying here. My family and I hope to come back soon.

The condo was very clean with everything we needed for a perfect get-away. Master bed was very comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with condiments, spices, and a variety of cooking utensils. Nice carts to help with luggage or shopping bags. Beautiful sunrises on the porch. Grocery and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is right above the pool area, which some may not like, but with few guests when we visited SPI, the noise wasn't a problem for us. Owner provided excellent guidance and quick responses to all of our questions. We highly recommend and will definitely consider again.

The property had everything needed for a wonderful stay. It is very well maintained and the view from the balcony is tremendous. The grounds staff are very helpful and keep the location in tip, top shape.

This is a nice, well-appointed condo with a gorgeous gulf front view on one of America's best beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking in, the climate control system worked well, and the place has its own private beach access. We'll be coming back here if the owners want us back!

We had a wonderful time at SPI and the Ocean Vista condo we rented was perfect! Was clean, decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. A short walk down the ramp to the beach and we were set! Had a great week with absolutely beautiful weather!
