Property was all it was advertised to be. The actual condo and the entire property is kept immaculate and safe. The view from the deck is fantastic. Location in PV is perfect.

Wonderful property, beautiful views, and wonderful communication. Music next door was loud most nights, that was a bit hard. In saying this, overall we had a great time!

Lee is such a great host! We had some issues on our end before coming and Lee was very helpful and accommodating.The location here is great, lots of restaurants, shopping, and groceries nearby. The pools are really lovely and the condo is very comfortable and as described. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Hubby and I love the grand Venetian! We have stayed there many times in different condos, and this one was by far the most comfortable and the best equipped. We loved the hot tub and the condo was very spacious for four people. The owner was a wealth of information and recommended several fabulous restaurants, we were not familiar with. We would go back there anytime!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From check in to check out, everything was great. I had one minor issue with the safe, (user error) but Lee was incredibly responsive and had the issue fixed in no time. The location of the condo is right in the heart of everything. It was incredibly easy to get a taxi or Uber to pick us up when we were feeling like exploring. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo to anyone wanting a chill stay in Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely stay again.

The online pics are right on. When I walked thru the door I was amazed by the views. There were 3 couples and plenty of room. The condo is in a wonderful location no need for a car. Service and food was awesome. We are definitely going back. The area was very safe with a shopping mall next door. Fireworks from the balcony every night. I can't believe we got so lucky. Lee was awesome. He checked in with me regularly to ensure all was well. His attention to detail was amazing. We had everything in the condo we needed and it was beautifully decorated but also very comfy Not so over done you were afraid to touch anything. Everything worked wonderful Not one issue!

Our family stayed at this property for a week in March 2022. We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The place is very nice and clean and well maintained. We could tell that the owner takes pride in the ownership of this place. The views from the large balcony are the best. It was very nice having the 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The grounds and facilities of the property were excellent and were very well taken care of. Also having a restaurant on site was a bonus. The pools are very large and beautiful and the view from them never got old. The proximity of the condo was perfect and close to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Local grocery stores nearby for food supplies. Also lots of activities within walking distance. We felt very safe at this condo and just being Puerto Vallarta. There is 24/7 security at the main gate also. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta before but in resorts but we actually preferred staying here in this condo. The owner Lee was very easy to communicate with and was always good at responding to us if we had any questions, that made us feel more comfortable coming there. He also gave us lots of tips. We definitely would recommend staying here and we will be back!!

This condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed with towels, sheets and extras like toilet paper and hand soap (which some rentals don’t supply) and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The washer, drier and wifi all worked well. The owner, Lee, replies promptly to any queries and was a delight to rent from. Would highly recommend this condo.

Lee really took care of us, the property was very clean and can tell that the unit has been well taken care of. Will be recommending this place to my family and friends.

the condo is great, very clean, very well furnished. We paid twice for cleaning service and it as very good, the person that came, cleaned the whole place and also washed the towels and linens the view is amazing, and the time we were there it was very nice because it wasnt full so we could get chairs and umbrella at the pool or at the beach at any time. bring aquashoes for the beach, We had very good communication with Lee, and he helpd us with the transportation from or to the airport. overall it was great.

In summary, it's a condo rental unlike any other I've experienced after using sites like this over a dozen times at least. ..in an awesome way! Host has outstanding communication and is very detailed about everything. Great layout, roomy, comfortable and well appointed. Location, beach, pools, restaurant/bar (many meals and snacks including breakfast at great prices) and overall complex is wonderful. My tips: use Uber, (like $2-$3 for everything) don't plan too much and enjoy your time at the condo, stroll the marina and downtown of course. Eat, drink, relax, rinse, repeat. We probably spent more time on the patio in the evenings than anywhere else. Great trip!

We had an incredible time at your condo. The condo itself was beyond our expectation in terns of the tasteful decor, the spaciousness and all the amenities. To say that the view from the balcony was enchanting is an understatement. We especially looked forward to the breathtaking sunsets every evening. As soon as you walk in to this gorgeous condo you are blessed with a view that is breathtaking. There were six of us and we had plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The condo is very clean and decorated so well. I cannot say enough about Lee the owner, he was responsive and helped make our trip that much better. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a top notch experience in Puerta Vallarta!

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The owner who we rented from could not have been more accommodating and thorough in providing information to us and always being available to answer our questions. If we return to Puerto Vallarta, we would definitely go back to the Grand Venetian and rent from from the same owner. The one negative is the snack bar at the pool. There were several days the credit card machine was not working and we were not informed until after we went to close out our tab. I know this is independently run, but, please inform the owner of snack bar to have their waitstaff inform all guest before ordering that the credit card machine was not working. This was a total inconvenience to have to run back up to the condo and retrieve cash. It is a lot easier to carry a credit card then to have cash at the pool or beach.

We rented this condo for our childrens and everything was perfect. We had a great service both from the owner and concierge. As promised view is spectacular and the condo is beautifully decorated , well maintained with everything we neede. Located near romantic zone by bus or taxi with all its restaurants and activities. From the moment you walk into the condo just like it’s owner it speaks Class Act! As you walk the entrance hallway the art on the wall and the decorating throughout is fabulous and makes you feel the five star affect. The little extras from the filtered water off the fridge to the complimentary laundry soap it just felt homey. The beds are comfy and the ocean view is spectacular along with a well stocked kitchen with all necessary dishware ans pots and pans. Our stay was seemless and the owner was so diligent and quick to reply and answer all questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Spoil yourself and stay here while in PV!

We were very impressed with the condo. 3 bedrooms each with its own ensuite with abundant space. We were impressed with the furniture and fine touches, as well as having the entire condo stocked and ready to go with the basics (and more). You can tell the owner takes pride in the condo. Fast internet, cable TV, NA phone, jacuzzi, fans, AC, this condo unit had it all. The owner also has a professional property management team that helped with transportation and any other questions we had. We never had to actually call them with any issues, because there wasn't any. Very good condo complex as well. Centrally located (with quick access to taxis/ubers) to downtown, the marina, etc. and right beside a high end mall for shopping, eating and other daytime activities. Gym and pools were great. Restaurant on premises is good too. Able to have kid free time, but also has activities for kids too (mall has kid zone, pools have super shallow areas. etc_ Overall, we would strongly recommend this condo, and this unit in particular (if you're in need of a 3 bedroom). Thanks to the owner and everyone that made our stay great!

This condo is amazing, it is spacious with good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and indeed spectacular views from the main balcony. Its location is ideal as it is half way between downtown and the marina, and next door to a beautiful mall. The owner Lee Colker was the most helpful and gracious owner I have ever dealt with. The management company took outstanding care of us (thank you Elsa and all the team!) We absolutely loved beautiful Puerto Vallarta and plan to go back as soon as possible. Everything is as advertised. Condo Was setup perfectly for our family of 5 adults, beds and bathrooms for all. Spacious main area with huge balcony had awesome views and was very comfortable. Pools were beautiful and not too crowded. Close to everything, dining, groceries, marina, and a short taxi to the boardwalk. Communication with the owner is easy and the property manager Miguel is awesome. He was instrumental in getting us from the airport and set up in the condo. Also setup all our excursions including a fishing charter. Highly recommend.

My family of 5 just got home from 10 days in PV. It was the best vacation. Perfect weather. Amazing view. Beautiful beach. Gorgeous pools. Clean & roomy condo stocked with everything you need. Location is quiet, yet central to everything. The owner was responsive, gracious and helpful. Unit and grounds were secure. We didn't want to leave....and we will definitely be back. Lee's condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The view was amazing and we spent many hours sitting on the patio...the sound of the ocean in the morning with a cup of coffee and the sounds of people having fun on the beach by day. We were even treated to fireworks on many of the evenings. The condo had every amenity you could hope for and was very clean. It even had purified water for drinking and an ice maker which we made good use of. There are ceiling fans in each room which was nice so we barely made use of the AC. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of closet space. It was more than enough space for the six of us that stayed there. The pools and grounds were beautiful and clean. We used at least a couple pools every day. There are a number of shallow spots for young children to play and we were surprised at how much space we had to ourselves, often there was only a couple people in each pool. We had a 4 and 6 year old with us and felt very safe. Each of the entrances are monitored by staff to ensure only residents and guests have access. Even the restaurant by the pool was great! On our first night we were too tired to go anywhere or make dinner so we went down to the restaurant. The food was great and prices were quite reasonable. It's a great location, only 10 min taxi to the Malecon and often the taxis were waiting downstairs to take right away. It was only a 10 min walk to the grocery store which we made good use of. The mall with the grocery store even has a little bowling alley which made for a fun afternoon! We loved how close we were to the Marina (5min taxi or 20 min walk) to take the kids on the pirate ship, also to the estuary where you can take a boat ride through the mangroves and see baby crocodiles and so many birds, definitely a highlight of our trip! Right next to the condo is a new mall with restaurants, a movie theatre and even a small amusement park with a few rides for young kids. We tried out one of the restaurants when we felt too lazy to go very far and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Lee was a great host, very responsive to questions we had before and during our trip. We would definitely recommend this condo and we are hoping to come back again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Lee's Condo. Everything was fabulous from the ease of arranging all the logistics of our stay, to the beautiful property, to the condo itself. The resort is perfectly located 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Malecon and 5 minutes from Marina Vallarta. There is also plenty of nice shops and restaurants located within walking distance, as well as, a grocery store. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed during our stay. It is spacious and comfortably fit our family of 7 including 3 young kids, so we never felt on top of each other. The view from the balcony is to-die-for and there were multiple days where we could see whales breeching the water. The resort grounds are meticulously kept and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The pools and beach area were beautiful and were not overly crowded. We enjoyed a couple of lunches and dinners from the on-site restaurant and the service and food was spot-on. I really can not think of one complaint we had, except we wish we could have stayed longer. We will most definitely be back!

We have stayed in this beautiful property twice now, both in December of 2016 and 2017. The Grand Venetian and this condo are both very beautiful. The views cannot be beaten. All you need to know is the beds and furnishings are very comfortable and the unit comes with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex itself is very safe, with 24-hour security at all entrances. You don't need to bother with renting a car. Taxis are cheap, the bus stops right out front, and you can always Uber. There are two Soriana grocery stores within walking distance and they have the most incredible hand made flour tortillas we've ever had. The Wal-Mart is also a short distance but I'd recommend a taxi to and from there. Lee Colker is a fantastic host who has always been very gracious to us. We even communicate via text and e-mail throughout the year just to say hello. You will not regret staying here!

We really liked our stay at Lee's condo. It is top notch. Super clean, stylish, and modern. It's got an amazing view from the balcony where you can sit in the hot tub sipping your margarita! Lee gave us detailed guidance on getting from the airport to the condo in the easiest and quickest way. He had a very nice property manager who met with us upon arrival who explained how to use all the devices in the house. The security and restaurant staff at the grand Venetian were so friendly and helpful. When you need a taxi you can just ask security to call one up. I wish we could have stayed longer and next time we will!

We fell in love with Lee's property. What a great experience. This was my first time using VRBO, and it was very smooth and convenient. The condo has an amazing view of the sea from the master and common living areas, it is truly indescribable. The decor is very calm and peaceful as it needs to be in a beach town. Lee was always extremely timely on responding to any concerns we had and made sure we were taken care of. The only reason I am not giving this review a full five star rating, is because we had some AC issues, which Lee took care of. Location was perfect, with the Isla strip mall right next door and multiple restaurants crossing the street. Overall an amazing stay. We would definitely book here again and cannot wait to visit Puerto Vallarta again soon.
