The property is as described, and I would recommend it to anyone. We have 3 teenagers, so the access to the pool and the beach was great. We had a minor issue with a ceiling fan, and it was fixed the next morning! Villa was deep cleaned daily and owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

This was my third time renting and staying in one of the two villas available. We always enjoy our time, have no concerns or worries of how the visit will go. The pick up is seamless, the villas are clean and well equipped, the location is convenient and beautiful.

Trip to and from the airport is set up by the owners, and there are never any issues. The condo is very well equipped and very well kept up. There is maid service each day, as well. Short walk to the beach and to area restaurants and bars. Loved it, will definitely stay again. We felt very safe. Having Chicho and Neomi available was awesome!

This old world villa is wonderful. Small, neat clean, exactly as advertised. Beds comfortable,bathrooms clean, housekeeper (Noemi) was super attentive and helpful. Beach close by, less than a large city block away. Place was secure ( gated community), quiet, beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate for our needs. We were 2 couples in mid 60's not looking for the action and crowds of an all inclusive. This place fit us perfectly. We each had our own bath and bedroom. We could eat our breakfasts in, (Chicho our taxi driver took us to the grocery store on our way in from airport for breakfast items and coffee ). Then each day we headed to the beach for a day in the sun, or on an excursion. Cocktails on our screened in porch every day was a delight. Dinner was at our leisure in the village within walking distance or right in one of the 3 restaurants in the villa square, steps from our door. The beach was totally quiet, hard white sand in the ocean. We are already planning to return next year! Only thing I found might be helpful would be luggage racks in the bedrooms, but we managed. We also enjoyed a local fellow on the beach who helped us para sail (Jose Martin Martinez--"Madison") He was a delightful honest helpful man, but not affiliated with the villas. The beach monitors did a great job of seeing that we were not bothered by vendors. Thank you Brad, Noemi, and Chicho for delivering a spectacular 5 * vacation in a beautiful country!

Nice relaxing Villa close to everything. Maid service and a driver to take you anywhere, which is good, because I would be afraid to tackle driving in the DR. Many restaurants within walking distance and several on site. Easy beach access. Great golf courses nearby. Would return.

Our villa at Los Corales was perfect! We had a wonderful week, we spent our time at the beach! Early morning walks on the beach and lounging in the chairs in the sun or under the palapa: reading and watching the waves, boats and people. My were able to join our daughter in Punta Cana for a week, while she was on her study abroad in the Caribbean for a semester. She was in Santiago and we were able to get her safely to and from our vacation week in Punta Cana. Brad was a huge help in assuring me that this would work and he had his best taxi driver "Chicho" drive Haley to her meeting points. I am very grateful for Brad's assistance and for Chicho, our favorite taxi driver. Morena was very helpful, checking on us daily. She washed our clothes and also tidied our villa. We sure appreciate Brad and Ira sharing their family villa!

Just stayed at this beautiful villa for a second time. If you love warm, sunny weather, a private beach, tropical flowers and foliage and great restaurants a short stroll away, this is the place for you. Peace, privacy, and relaxation abound. The new restaurant in the complex was my favorite place we ate all we. Definitely don’t miss it - El Portico. As usual, Morena and Chicho are there for all your needs. We had one problem with the cable tv and internet going down and Morena immediately came over, checked it, and had a technician on the scene within 30 minutes. We will definitely be back!

We were a family of 4. We had a lovely stay here, the beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there! Morina the daily housemaid was fantastic, with fresh towels for swimming daily and washing done and back the same day! A couple of minutes walk to a beautiful beach and close by to restaurants. It was a much nicer experience than staying at a busy all inclusive resort!!! The only reason I have not given 5 stars, is that the pool was not quite as nice as the photos, but was definitely adequate. The grounds of the complex were well kept. Overall a lovely stay for our first time to the Caribbean!

Our first experience with VRBO and it was fantastic. Brad was great about responding and answering questions. The rental was a very charming unit a few steps from the beach. The unit was great and well stocked for what we wanted. Clean and very comfortable. The community was very cool - old world charm with great neighborhood dining spots. Just outside the community was a mix of cool local markets, street side bars and then a few newer local brew pubs and eateries. Made friends with folks from all around the world. We will be back soon!

The details provided by owner clearly described what we could expect and everything was perfect when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen, drinking water provided, housekeeper/manager was truly amazing! Walking distance to many restaurants. And a very short walk to a breathtaking beach! With an attendant on the beach we always had our 4 chairs available anytime of the day, no getting up early to beat the crowd. Private beach was immaculate and never crowded...awesome! Definitely recommend this property, 100% satisfied.

My family of 5 had a great time staying at the villa in Punta Cana for a week during school vacation. The villa was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for beach, pool, restaurants and excursions. Other than lounging around and enjoying the sunshine, we went snorkeling and on a dune buggy tour - I highly recommend both. Tons of good places to eat within a very short walk. Chico made the long drive to pick us up in Santo Domingo but kept us entertained for the long ride to PC and again at the (bitter) end of our week. Morena was awesome keeping the place spotless and doing our laundry - considerable with 3 boys and dune buggies. I can't say enough great things about the place and the location. Thanks so much for wonderful week Brad!! I really appreciate your communication, helpful insights and willingness to answer all my questions so quickly. The information packet was really comprehensive and helped us plan for the trip considerably prior to arriving. I highly recommend this property.

Christmas in a paradise! Every morning we walked to the beach for the sunrise. Then we lounged in chairs at the beach or the pool. With the stop at the grocery store on arrival, all other needs were close. We did indulge in scrumptious seafood at Jellyfish and Capitain Cook and the Thai restaurant by the pool. Morena cleaned and made beds daily and did all our wash. It was a delightful week!

Brad, Just a quick note to thank you for the great time we had @ Punta Cana. Your villa was exactly as described and was super nice and well-equipped. No surprises, other than everything was much nicer and more beautiful than we had expected. Marena and Chico were great and made the trip much easier. What a fabulous experience! Every single detail was perfect: after being met at the airport by Chicho, we were driven to the villa and given a tour by Morena. Both people were lovely and gracious. Everything is as described: villa is spotless, beach is a few minutes walk away and the pool is even closer. We had relaxing massages at the spa and very much enjoyed our meals at several restaurants in the community. Brad's tips, help, and guidance were superb. Will definitely recommend!!

The villa, Los Corales community, and entire vacation experience were as wonderful as anticipated. The prearranged transportation service to/from the airport made the traveling stress-free; the villa was a nice 25 minute ride from the airport. Housekeeping (Morena) met us at the villa and showed us around the house and community. It was lovely, peaceful, and friendly. Though the villa is rather small, it comfortably fit our family of 5. We ate breakfast and lunch at the villa and dined out each evening. (We did light grocery shop in the "town" and frequented the local bakery for breakfast.) We particularly liked Balicana, an Asian cuisine dining experience, which was a 2 minute walk from the villa. We dined pool-side; the food and wait staff were very good. We also enjoyed the Cuban restaurant in town; our favorite meal/dining experience was at SOLES restaurant, which was a feet-in-the-sand restaurant right on the beach. The beach was as beautiful as expected. However, be prepared for the "salesmen" on the beach (the local trying to sell you excursions and souvenirs)--they were a bit annoying at first. We would recommend booking excursions in advance, with a local travel/tour agency. If you watch the VRBO video for this property, you will have a very accurate vision of your vacation! It was truly lovely and if we decide to return to Punta Cana, we would definitely book this villa again.

We are a family of 3 and all in agreement; this villa was perfect!! A home away from home indeed. We just returned; and we're truly sad to leave. Chicho the cab driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport in Punta Cana. We stopped at the supermarket on the way to the villa to pick up a few groceries while he waited. Everything was perfect at the villa when we arrived, Morena was waiting for us- she was a gem from day one. She showed us around and saw to our every need for the duration of our stay. This was our first time to DR and will most definitely return. The beach, the restaurants, the amenities and easy access to everything made for a perfect vacation. We appreciated not needing to rent a car since there were different places within walking distance to visit each day. The villa was clean and extremely cosy. The air-conditioning and fans kept us cool and comfortable, having drinking water provided was a big help. The people were very friendly and welcoming, everyone made us feel like family. We enjoyed our time on the beach, which was never crowded , there was so much to do in the area, shopping, eating, drinking (we even enjoyed fresh coconut water from the actual coconut). The service was impeccable at every turn. Thanks to the owners of the villa; we went equipped with a ton of info so we were never left guessing what to do next. We can't wait to return to this perfect vacation villa!!!

We just returned; what a great vacation. Everything was as expected and more. First time to DR and will definitely return. The villas, amenities, activities, beach, and easy access to everything you'd want or need made for a perfect experience. The villa was clean and very well apportioned. We were able to walk to just about everything. Having had some Spanish language background was helpful. The people were very friendly and welcoming. We spent most of our time on the beach, which was not crowded like the resorts in the vicinity. There was a very nice amount of privacy in and around the villa. Had been on several cruises in the past and were looking for something new and different. The experience and accommodations met our expectations perfectly. Restaurants in and around the area were all very good and affordable. Chicho and Morena were excellent. All the info provided by Brad before the trip was very helpful. Looking forward to a return visit.

There are many things in the world people should do and I truly believe traveling and seeing the world is one. We have traveled to many different places and have used VRBO a lot. Brad –owner was very easy to work with, he was great at every stage of the process. The Villa was everything it said it was and more. The beach bag/ coolers were special touch and very helpful. Morena the house keeper - she was amazing and the taxi driver Chicho was great also. We did a lot when we were there and went out everywhere, many different bars and clubs. We loved Steve’s bar the Dutchman (manager) was great fun. We partied at Soles for the Super Bowl, (Tomas- was great), Danny’s Sport bar was great for the Wisconsin Badger games, GO Badgers. The beach at Los Corales was good, spent couple days there sunning, but sometimes Mother Nature causes problems. The beach had 2-4 ft of weeds in front of the water, shit happens, it was no big deal for us, that’s Mother Nature. It was a good thing because it made us go to several different beaches and let me tell you they were amazing. We rented a car (50 dollars per day) or you can take a taxi, we went to Macao Beach, amazing, surfing beach, it was a great day trip, about 30 minutes away. Juliette Beach opposite direction by the airport 30 minutes also, again we rented a car. Juliette Beach has clear blue water and calm. This beach was amazing also spent the whole day at the beach (restaurant on beach and if you buy food and drinks you get a cabana, chairs and shade, well worth the money). Learned a lot when we were at the beach in Los Corales, if you need beer or liquor there is a way cheaper place to purchase 2 blocks down from the bakery-we left the card at the Villa and they deliver if you want. Lots of great restaurants all depends what you’re hungry for because you can have burgers, pizza, Asian, Mexican, sea food, and Italian, steaks all in walking distance. We did a half day trip -Extreme Buggy- this was totally a blast- the owner is very serious about his equipment and will yell at you ( have thick skin), very nice when not dealing with his equipment. The machines were fast, very muddy which is what we wanted make sure to have a bandana or two. We meet a lot of people that stay in Los Corales and gave us a lot of tips where to go, met them at the beach and restaurants. Los Corales and Dominican are very safe and very friendly. We drove around and went to different places and never had any problems.

We had a great time in DR. Starting from Brad the owner who was so helpful to Chicho the taxi driver and Morena who kept the Villa spotless. Everything we read and were told was right on. Make sure you do the massage on the beach and go to Congo Bongo for some Cirque De Soleil on steroids. We didn't have one bad meal on our property restaurants, but our favorite was Captain Cook. Fresh Lobsters,Grouper,Mahi Mahi sitting in open iced down cooler that you pick out and they cook it up on a huge grill. I could go on and on. Just go. You will love it.
