Everybody who was assigned to this house to help us was fantastic, friendly! Danny the chef was amazing, Wanda his assistant was the best! David the house manager was attentive to all our needs and requests in a timely manner - Great work as a team!

The property was amazing. David and the staff were also incredible and showed us a hell of a time. Will definitely book again if I go out there. Only issue was the hot tub wasn't working properly but other than that, everything was incredible!

The accommodations were wonderful. Chef Danny is a must have. David was very attentive to our special requests. My words cannot express how Martina the house keeper took such great care of my family.

Overall this place is AMAZING. Get the chef for the whole time if you can, it was worth every penny and we never lifted a finger the whole time we were there. The maid is so sweet, she felt like a friend by the end. David is wonderful and wants to make sure you have a great time. The title of this property listing is inaccurate however. The "Jacuzzi" doesn't work, and it's not that it's broken. It's just a cold, bubbling "Jacuzzi." Attempts to fix it were just getting the bubbles to work again, which we did not care about. The Jacuzzi is a big reason why we wanted to stay here, so it was disappointing that it was room temperature water. It's not a deal breaker at all, I just think it needs to be removed from the title of the property listing because it is very misleading. Additionally, as some other comments have mentioned some of the bed counts are inaccurate. Every room has ONE bed. Once again, not a big deal for our group but it would be nice if it was listed correctly. This house is IMMACULATE. Everything is so beautiful and clean, the golf course is gorgeous and the pool is very well maintained. David was amazing, he took care of us and really attended to our every need. DO NOT go to Coco Bongo. The best part is we have some hilarious stories from that place, but it was so oversold it was a giant fire hazard (and super expensive and stinky). If you want to go to a cool club, check out Imagine. The eco reef tour was fantastic, but be mindful if you get seasick to bring some meds with you because it can be choppy. We got massages as well which was a huge treat. Instead of opting for an alcoholic drink package, we brought our own alcohol from the states (or bought it in the airport in Punta Cana) and asked them to get us mixers, coffee, beer etc. from the grocery store which worked out really well. Can't wait to go back, I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I could! It was hard to leave!

We gave this place a 4/5 stars because the experience was good. We love our cleaning lady Marina and our chef Danny cooked amazing meals! The place is in a safe neighborhood and very well maintained. The downside was the the jacuzzi didn’t work, no heat at all. The shower in the master bedroom would leave a huge puddle of water outside the the hallway and bedroom floor. Then lastly David our host would come inside the house unannounced. We had a girls trip. So I woke up with a big T shirt on and underwear and went downstairs to grab a glass a water before the chef would come and he was already inside the house so I was startled, I had to go upstairs to put shorts on. Another time a friend fell asleep on the couch and that following morning he woke her up asking where was I so I can complete the invoice. David should knock on the door before entering or text us what time he’ll be there. Communication was a downside as well. Emails would take a couple of days to be responded and Dave also would leave me on read through WhatsApp I was asking about the invoice before arrival. It’s the small things they can work on, and make the experience better but overall our stay was good.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. David, the villa manager, took such good care of us and was really responsive whenever we needed transportation/recommendations. Martina, the housekeeper, and Fibel, the chef, were absolutely wonderful as well. They prepared multiple meals for us each day which were so delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay at the property very spacious with a great view. Only negatives villa was a little hard for drivers to find and the QR code access was annoying. David(house manager) and Martina (maid) we’re great and helpful with answering questions and scheduling transportation. Overall I would recommend casa Bonita to others.
