Our group was under a mandatory evacuation from forest fires 3 hours away. Richard was incredibly helpful in assisting us with extra parking as well as an extra day’s stay before evacuations were lifted. We found the VRBO to be clean and an easy walking distance to amenities.

Couldn’t have had a better place to catch up with friends for a few days! 3 of us with our own bedrooms AND own bathrooms was heaven. The beds anre so comfortable. Everything we needed was in place for our gathering and adventuring in town. I would definitely look to stay at Palace of the Sleeping Dog again and with 3 friends or 3 couples it is perfect!

Property was very clean and super convenient to walk to the Santa Fe Square and around town. Very comfortable with three bedrooms and three nice bathrooms.

Our family ended a 10 day trip here and this was, by far, our favorite resting place! The outside of the building is nothing fancy but the interior was wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely stay hereand highly recommend it to anyone!

The location is fantastic, easy walking to so many places. The layout was perfect for providing a comfortable communal space, but allowing privacy for the three of us. It is also very quiet even though it sits close to the street. The hosts responded very quickly to any travel questions we had.

This place was an absolutely wonderful experience. All that we wanted to do was within walking distance and/or short drive. I will make sure if I need another vacation spot, to call here and make a reservation here first.

Great location and easy to leave our car parked and walk to the plaza, dinner, inn of Loretto, Cathedral, or Canyon Road shops. Nice to have three bedrooms and baths. Owner very responsive. Overall I would recommend it and stay there again.

Rented all 3 units of palace of the sleeping dog for a wedding in Santa Fe. Tres was by far my favorite of the 3 units. The beds were comfortable and loved the fireplaces in bedrooms. Easy walk to the Plaza and restaurants nearby. Great property for a large group.

It was a wonderful stay in downtown Santa Fe. My girlfriends enjoyed the location and city and we were able to walk to town for coffee and shopping easily. The only issue was the front door lock wouldn’t open once and it was a bit challenging getting in touch but once we were in touch the problem was resolved quickly. Nice place to stay and get to all the sights!

Everything about Palace of the Sleeping Dog is outstanding. Attractive, comfortable, perfectly maintained. Location is ideal - easy walking distance to dining, shopping, museums, etc. Perfect for our family group.

The property was clean and location was great. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable and ‘tired’. No outdoor place to gather so we were forced to use the sitting area inside (uncomfortable). Updated bathrooms

We had the best time in Santa Fe. The location of this townhouse was perfect! We walked downtown to the wedding and it was easy to get to all the restaurants and shops. It was very clean and comfortable.

There were 5 of us for a Girls Weekend and this townhome was perfect. It was just as depicted in the photos... clean and stylish but very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils and appliances....it had everything we needed. Bathrooms were nice and bright, beds were plush yet supportive. The location was excellent -- just a short stroll to the heart of the action. We did not hear the tenants of the adjacent townhomes except when they walked past on the porch. We weren't bothered by any street noise either. Responsive, communicative management. If I'm ever in Santa Fe again, I'd definitely stay at Palace of the Sleeping Dog!

We were in town for a staff retreat. This townhome was perfect for 3 staff members as each room has their own bathroom. Clean, modern and close to our main retreat house so it worked out well for us! It's on a busy road so you can hear traffic from the front room, but the other two rooms are quiet. For some reason, our instacart shopper had a hard time finding the location (street number was hard for her to see). Overall a great place for our needs!

The property was just as described. The location can’t be beat-you are literally steps away from everything! We had a slight change in plans the day before we arrived and the owner was quick to respond to my request and very accommodating.

The location of this property could not be better! Just a short walk and we were on the plaza in Santa Fe where we visited shops, did some sightseeing, and of course, ate at The Shed. Property was very clean, very spacious and nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of space in living and dining areas for our group, kitchen was well stocked, and everything was very clean. Great place to stay!

This 3 bed, 3 bath property was perfect for our family. Comfortable, clean, and well equipped, it had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, with the plaza a few minutes walk away. We had a great vacation in Santa Fe and I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family of four! Fully stocked kitchen, the kids each had their own bathroom & bedroom, and almost everything we wanted to do/see was easily within walking distance. The beds were comfy & we had a designated parking spot. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice and cozy to just hang out after a day of walking. The king size bed was super comfortable. I took my teenage sons and parents so we each had our own room and loved that we each had our own bathroom! It was like staying at a hotel but better…The location was perfect, everything was super close. It is only a 5 min. walk to the Plaza too. We would walk to shops, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches! Everyday we walked somewhere different, discovered parks, walk paths and really nice neighborhoods. Would definitely stay there again!!! The only con was going to Albertsons, it was super far and out of the way but it was one of recommended supermarkets. I believe there are closer places in the area. I saw a Trader Joe’s and a Natural Grocer’s when we left on the way out.
