The pool was fantastic and the location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful

There were no bowls, plates, spoons, knives or forks to be able to eat with an no microwave...

Great location

The young lady that was learning at reception did a marvellous job in making me feel welcome and guiding me through all of the amenities. Also her boss very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable and big and the room was spacious. Television was nice and big. The staff were helpful.

On our second day, our room was not made up when we came back from a full day out and I advised the front desk and they said that the staff had gone home and we had to wait until the following day. I thought that the bins would be emptied?
