It was very close to where I was working and close to plenty of cafes and restauants

location was perfect, walking distance from everything needed, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were warm and welcoming.

The room itself was excellent, including the view, the location is great if you want to be near the city center, but that’s not where you want to be in Townsville, it’s a ghost town with the strand being the optimal area which was only a short walk from the hotel. Staff were great.

Check in process was a pain, the reality vs the info they send you upon reservation don’t match up. Updated and accurate information would solve this issue. More toiletries need to be supplied, the room isn’t made up daily and 2 tiny body washes in a 4 person room isn’t close to enough especially as the reception hours are so limited restricting your ability to procure more.

Location was great, pool was awesome room was huge

We weren’t able to have a later checkout or store our luggage so we could look around & buy some time to get to our next accommodation check in which was a couple hours later- disappointing & frustrating considering there was monsoonal rains at the time.

The showers hot water cycled and we could not get it to stay at a constant temperature. It wasn’t extreme - it was luke warm to hot

Dirty, disgusting blankets. No wifi. No extra tv channels. Check in took a long time, given the wrong PIN code, couldn’t get key. Parking station lift and building lift arrangements not explained clearly for after hours check in (2pm Sunday). On leaving, parking station lift Out Of Order/had to drag ourselves up 2 levels of a busy parking station. No redeeming features, just stay somewhere else.

Location was perfect for a quick stay in town. The staff were more then accommodating. parking was super easy and accessible.

elevator access between the two buildings is slightly inconvenient, but not worth complaining about.
