Have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It is consistently clean and the reception staff are always well organised and friendly.

The wheelchair accessible room had some odd design features. I use a wheelchair, but probably won't choose that room again, would prefer to make do with the other rooms.

Centrally located, pet friendly, fantastic staff who accommodate the needs of the traveller for a great stay. The rooms are well equipped, clean and maintained and this affords for a relaxed and comfortable place to reside.

couldn’t find the laundry as reception was closed. it’s actually on the second floor.

Perfect location on Palmer Street surrounded by restaurants and bars. Close to everything and set up well that you can come and go without disrupting other guests. Cactus Jacks across the road is always a must do!

Wish we stayed more than one night!

WiFi didn't work in our room. No cleaning on weekends, we weren't told this at check in

bedding configuration

1. the bins were full when we arrived 2. the lock on the lock on the sliding door to the balcony was broken so when you closed the door from the outside you would get locked out. My son was locked out on the balcony which is a safety issue. 3. the door lock on the front was broken and hanging by one screw which is a safety issue 4. both rooms were not clean for a 4 star hotel 5. there were fresh marks - stains on the orange covers on the bed I have taken photos of all the issues as I will be lodging a formal complaint. The room was definitely not worth what we paid for.

I had left a personal item , in which was quite valuable. The item was finally sent to my home address, after three phone calls to reception. Clearly I was lied to, and initially told that the item would be sent in the first week, after my stay at the apartment. To cut a long story short, I have to say, after paying a fair amount for one nights stay, I was not impressed with the after service, I was dealt with. If you leave a valuable belonging, and make a prompt request to have it sent back, it should be addressed, without delay.
