Good location to restaurants, friendly staff & clean room.

Poor internet/ Wi fi quality, kept dropping out. Faded yellow curtians on windows, did not keep night light -out & early morning sunlight out, a bit hard to sleep, new blackout curtians needed.

MUST STAY ❤️ I recently stayed at Park Regis Anchorage and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service. From the property general manager to staff, everyone was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming, exceptionally friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The staff also took time to get to know their guests, making anyone feel welcome. The facilities were well-maintained providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Service was prompt and efficient, with every request handled with a smile. Lovely ladies in reception. Nice to have on site parking. Located close to city and some great restaurants just a short stroll down the street.

Person in interconnecting room was noisy from about 5.30am. Spoke to Manager? and his response was that the person is a regular and he will speak to him. Did not even suggest to move us to another room. I was quite happy to pay extra if need be, to able to have a sleep in, on my holiday. Nothing much changed the next morning. On departure I handed back the key to the Manager? and he did not even ask if things changed. He came across to me as unpleasant and that he didn't care. Towels were changed but sugar not replenished.

The hotel was in a location that suited us for the one night stay. Nice and quiet and opposite the Marina. The Pizza/Pasta restaurant next to the hotel was handy for dinner. We enjoyed a walk into the city centre where there are some lovely old buildings. Great to have easily accessible parking. Staff were welcoming and the room was clean.

We stayed in a hotel room so no kitchen facilities/ability to make breakfast (there are other room options)

I loved the size of the apartment and the that it had a great washing machine and dryer and fridge and micro and balcony with a lovely view.

The bed was very uncomfortable and only had a sheet (blanket was in the cupboard but was a bit sus)

Unit was old and unclean. Felt unsafe and had a lot of sketchy people coming and going.

Bed a little hard.... haha. But I am hard to please because i love my bed
