We liked being close to the beach.

Poor kitchen set up with not enough kitchen amenities or space. No cereal bowls, small pots, wine opener, basic spices, tinfoil, wrap etc.

friendly staff, location, cleanliness and value for your money.

I liked everything about the property.

great clean convenient and very luxurious! Bery comfortable and accommodating. the staff was great especially the older gentleman in the front. he called us cabs and arranged any travel agreements and even let us borrow scissors and things we needed.

Hotel had an elevator. It was on the beach. The pool was nice and warm, the area around the pool was also nice. Beds were very comfortable for sleeping & it was quiet at night. The view from the balcony in the early morning & watching the big ships come into the bay and leave at night. We love whale watching from the balcony. The staff were great especially the young lady who worked during the day at the front desk, she was absolutely awesome.

The condensation from the A/C located in the clothes closet leaked & my wife's white sweater was ruined. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards when we arrive. Couch was very uncomfortable.. The oven & 2 burners did not work. We thought that the hotel was connected to the Malecon boardwalk but that connection was about 4 blocks away. My wife walks with a cane and going anywhere off the hotel property away from the hotel was quite a difficult mobility challenge for her.

Great location and property. Had a chef one day and the breakfast and dinner that was prepared was amazing!

Great location slap bang on the gay beach. Easy 5 minute walk into the restaurant and bar area, so tranquil spot.

The room was very nice. Loved the beach access and pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A lot of noise from construction and club next door. It was hard to sleep in or get solid sleep.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the person checking us in was very nice, everything about the room was perfect. They offer personal chefs you can hire that will cook for you. We took advantage of this and it was so much fun and the food was great! Can't wait to come back!

Super friendly staff, and because we had a beachfront room.. every sngle person that walked by, smiled and waved. We will be staying here again!!

switching rooms, our second room wasn’t up to par compared to first suite, it was dirty and falling apart.

Raul is the best ever , made our trip even more amazing , going back next year for sure .

This property is on the beach. Our 1BR 1BA suite was beautifully decorated and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect

While enjoying our balcony watching the boats, people enjoying the beach, the pirate ship, and at night the fireworks the music from the adjacent club was our music too. We knew what we were getting into and it did stop around 10. You get used it.

We loved the location of this hotel...it was down toward the end of the Zona Romantica, so the beach in front of our hotel was not crazy. We loved the art on all the walls and the brick/Mexican architecture. We also loved how the hotel was small and not crowded.

We had hair in our shower on the first day we arrived. We cleaned it up and after that everything was fine.

The property was located toward the end of the Malecon. It was conveniently located near our friend's wedding and other events that week. Room had a beautiful view of ocean and right on the beach. Met some very nice people there.

We weren't able to access the pool for 2 days because they were doing work on the supporting wall. I will be contacting booking.com for a discount as we weren't informed this was going to take place neither before our visit or during. In addition, the music from next door's Club was a bit too much almost every day of our visit. Although it was convenient to have food/beverage available to us from that same club, the ever constant techno bass for every song was a bit much. Fortunately, the Club did not continue this practice into the night.
