Disponibilité du personnel, joli hotel + piscine

Propreté à revoir, salle de bain et frigo tres sale + nourriture étrange pour des français… + trop de demarcheurs pour les activités, ils ne vous laissent pas vous reposer ni à la piscine ni sur la plage privée.

That was such an amazing holiday 😍...second stay at this hotel...and it was everything is perfect 👌...room was the best...view OMG 👀..room was tidy and clean every day (big thanks to Muhammad 🫶)...activity boys amazing too(Johnny.. he's the best👌 😜)...receptionists very helpful...any problems solved straight away....💜...hotel has improved a lot since my last visit....thanks a lot 🤗

La spiaggia è un po’ limitata

Sehr saubere gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodylotion wurde gestellt. Täglich 1,5 Liter Wasser in Flaschen neu. Essen im Restaurant nicht allzu Abwechslungsreich, dafür immer gute Qualität und zum Glück auch typisch ägyptische Speisen. Besonders gut beim Frühstück mit frischen Falafel 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 All inkl. Getränke waren qualitativ gut. Lage ist mitten in der Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Marina sowie Restaurants alle Fuß läufig zu erreichen. Für den Strand sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert, geht aber auch ohne.

Wein wurde gerne mal in Plastik Bechern ausgeschenkt, auf Nachfrage gab es dann ein Weinglas. An den Bars gab es Wasser nur Becherweise, leider nicht in Flaschen. Sehr schade, wenn man nicht gerade neben einer Bar am Strand liegt, reichen die 1,5 Liter auf dem Zimmer nicht aus, habe mir aus einem Kiosk mehr Wasser in Flaschen besorgt.

Не первый раз в этом отеле,очень хороший гостепреимный персонал,спасибо всем за отдых,отдельно хочется поблагодарить Анечку.Просторный номер с видом на море,удобные кровати,песчанный пляж бухта,удобные лежаки.Отличная анимация!Красивый сад,хорошее питание.

В наше прибывание в наш корпус заселили много старшеклассников из Каира,которые 4 ночи не спали,хлопали дверьми и бегали.Соответственно и мы не могли выспаться,предупреждения на них не действуют.Поэтому на балл снизила оценку.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Hurghada, though it’s quiet in the area of the hotel. The area is green and beautifully decorated. Nice and polite girls at the reception, we’ve got a huge room with an amazing sea view - so relaxing to watch sunrise and sunset. We liked spacious beach a lot. And the animation team team was really fun and did a great job during day.

Food was poor :( The restaurant is the biggest minus of the hotel.

Kevés fajta étel csirkéből pl csak 1 fajta étel volt. Köret csak rizs volt én hiányoltam a sült krumplit.

بداية اتوجه بالشكر لأداره الفندق علي الاهتمام بالحدائق والتصميم الفرعوني للممر الرئيسي داخل الفندق بالاضافه الي النظافة العامه للمكان وايضا الغرف الجديده بمبني ريجا ١ وخدمة تنظيف الغرف بالاضافه الي فريق الترفيه المتميز بقياده ادم كما اتوجه بالشكر لقسم الاستقبال الاستاذه وفاء عمر علي حسن الاستقبال و التعاون وإيضاح الارشادات والمعلومات وسرعه التسكين والمغادره وترقية الغرفه لنا فقد كانت الغرفه جديده كليا ٣٣١٦ ، واتوجه بالشكر ايضا للعاملين بالبار و الشاطئ والمطعم وارجو الاهتمام بدقه الطهي لبعض الاصناف بالاضافه لعمل صيانه لأرضيه المسبح الخاص بالاكوا وفي المجمل العام موقع متميز جدا وشاطئ غايه في الروعه.

Raport calitate preț este ok, personalul este amabil toată ziua este cu zâmbetul pe buze , în camera sa făcut curățenie zilnic , am avut camera Regal premium cu vedere la mare superba , mâncarea este aproape aceeași în fiecare zi ,dar te descurci.

Ești agasat zilnic pe plaja de băieți care iti ofera excursii la safari sau pe mare la snorkel inv sau scufundări.

Personnel très gentil, le personnel de ménage est vraiment top ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable toujours a demandé si on a besoin de quelque chose. Ambiance tout les soirs avec des spectacles meme si c’est dommage que ça ne dure pas plus longtemps. La piscine est la plage dans l’hôtel. Dommage qu’il a pas d’animation à la piscine mais sinon j’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. Juste en face de l’hôtel un McDo top si on aime pas trop la nourriture egyptienne Merci à Ahmed qui propose des trop bonnes activités et pour pas cher

Ça serait bien si il y avait des animations à la piscine . Si yaurait netflix sur la télévision parce que pas beaucoup de chaîne ou seulement russe et arabe pour nous les français c’est pas top.

close to the beach all inclusive gave good variety of food and drinks nice to supply bottle of litre of water every day in rooms beautiful gardens I’ve ever seen

Walkable location to new marina

I’m not a negative person but this was an awful hotel experience. From the moment I got out the taxi my partner and I was harassed by the perfume shop the lobby was mad chaotic. There was screaming kids everywhere. The was a sea of luggage. People didn’t queue they constantly pushed in even when we were talking to the staff at the desk and they had our passports in hand. It took 40 minutes to check in. No one gave us directions to the room we walked trying to follow inconsistent signs and asked a cleaner who helped us but then expected a tip. Dirty filthy pool. Closes before the sign says. Rubbish everywhere. Arrived hungry and not allowed any of the food not even to buy asked multiple staff members where I can buy food but told that they don’t understand and waved us away. No towels / toiletries / water in room on arrival had to ask for them and was told an blatant lie about generously being upgraded to a better room. Would have to of seen what the other room was like. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. No order or organisation to it and people constantly shoving to the front when when you’ve been waiting. Hands touching all of the food. Kids roaming free to sneeze on food the Pick up and put back. Was noisy and no where to sit. Lifeguards tried to get my partner to take his gold chain off to go in the pool for ‘safety reasons’ not trustworthy behaviour. HARRASED on the beach by hotel staff for massages and Zumba and volleyball and snorkel trips. Asked 20 times in 3 hours by the same 5 people. Blasting disgustingly loud music at the beach / pool NOT relaxing in the slightest. Was very stressed and unhappy for my whole stay.

This is my second stay in 30 days at ZYA Regina Resort and Aqua Park, Hurghada, Egypt for 6 nights, which I extended my stay, booked 2 more days. What I liked most about my stay was the hospitality on all managerial levels and how amazing all the staff were! Especially the reception staff were very helpful and try their best to solve any problem. Let me express my gratitude to Ms. Wafaa Omar who has a wonderful attitude, sense of kindness and a wonderful smile that made me have a comfortable stay. As an author and business expert, she and the staff gave me an amazing environment to experience where inspired me the idea of my third book. Also I have to mention Mr Ahmed and Mr Mohamed in the reception under the leadership of Mr Sherif Abdelmonem. Thanks everyone for cheering me up. wait me in another update about my stay in 2 days.

It is always sad to see, how many food goin in the garbage. From Russian and citizens as well. It is very good that the stuff control the buffet.
