Great location in a quiet street. Ground floor.

We stayed in the “one bedroom suite” Artificial grass in toilet and bathroom felt unhygienic. Impractical furnishings throughout,like no space in bedroom for luggage. Trip hazards and poor maintenance. If it was decluttered it would feel a more relaxed and clean space for travellers.

Gut war die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt,die Nähe zu Cafés und verschiedenen Restaurants,Dienstag und Samstag direkt angrenzend ein grosser Flohmarkt! Ein Plus war auch die eigene Waschmaschine,welche sich in der Küche befand !Zum runterkühlen zwei grosse Ventilatoren!

Recht laut,nachts um Halbzwei wurden direkt unterhalb die Müllcontainer geleert,die Betten sehr hart,in der Küche lösten sich schon die Umleimer bei den Schränken teilweise und die Pfanne war von billiger Qualität! Im Badezimmer bei der Dusche haben wir die Verstopfung des Abflusses beseitigt,welche durch die Verpackung einer Duschlotion ausgelöst war.Fazit: Bei diesem Preis hätte man schon ein wenig mehr Komfort erwarten können!

La moisissure dans la salle de bain. L'équipement vieillot et obsolète de la cuisine. Les odeurs dans la cage d'escalier. L'hygiène dans l'appartement. Dommage mais prestations pas à la hauteur pour 250 eur environ par nuit...

Très bon emplacement proche du centre de Lisbonne. Appartement décoré avec goût, petite terrasse très agréable, salon spacieux et confortable.

Débit d’eau chaude à réviser. Difficile de garer un véhicule à proximité, mais un parking public à 7 mn de marche à côté du port des paquebots.

It's in a very quiet and central location right next to the National Pantheon. Within easy walking distance to many of the Lisbon's famous viewpoints like Viewpoint of Senhora do Monte and Miradouro das Portas do Sol. We took full advantage of this great location and walk to a different viewpoint for sunset each night. There are also many good local restaurants nearby and Pingo Doce supermarket is very close too. To go anywhere further we recommend using Bolt, we used them several times and found they were extremely cheap and reliable. The apartment is truly unique, it's beautiful both inside and outside. It is clean, fully equipped and very comfortable. For us it was a perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host was very welcoming and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment for Lisbon trip.

Power supply often jumpers.

The location was very good for us -away from the busiest tourist areas but close to plenty of places to visit - the Pantheon and Monastery especially. Joao was very helpful and kind. The apartment is certainly unique and we enjoyed it very much.

The squeaky bathroom door!!! Kitchen was sparsely equipped especially when there were 4 of us! We are out all the time so not really a problem for us but cooking in the apartment would have been a bigger challenge.

In one sentence: It was perfect. Situated near the old part of Lissabon, it was possible to even walk within 15 min. into the center of Alfama. It was quiet with enough space and very nice arranged, as the owner, Joao, is an artist. Joao himself was very nice and welcomed us, although it was already 11:30pm. He took care of us and helped us with with whatever we needed. Joao - thank you very much! The rooms, the bath and toilet where clean with fresh bed sheets, enough towels and everything you need. We definitely would book the flat again!

There was actually nothing to complain. The only thing we would recommend is a thorough cleaning of the shower screen and its guiding at the floor or a renewing.
