Fantastic location, very friendly staff with lots of tips on local highlights. Flexibility in check-out time was much appreciated as our flight was only in the evening.

There is no lift to the penthouse apartment, but that did not bother us personally at all (so this is just for info).

We appreciated that there was two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The location is also great.

Not much, but there were a lot of stairs (which we knew), and there was a lot of construction going on across the street.

Great location. Close to everything. Very clean. The bonus is you are on the top floor so it has a great view. The kitchen was a nice bonus. Our host met us at the property and had a local treat for us to sample. I highly recommend penthouse Lisboa 204!

It is a penthouse so the apartment is on the top floor with no elevator. It was fine for us and the stairs are an easy incline. Typical for Europe.

The property was conveniently located and we were met by our host to personally deliver the keys, as well as give us an explanation of the City areas and the transportation. The property had a washing machine, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen.

I like a terrace with at least a small table, but this one only had more of a small area to walk outside and look around. There are quite a few steps to the property, but that was fully disclosed at the time of booking.

it’s not a true patio or balcony. it’s a smoker’s balcony (or several) that you can walk out on and stand, not sit. but honestly there are not any balcony’s in this area at all so if you want that maybe leave the center and stay somewhere else. We thought we would want a balcony but honestly with the location being so central we where happy to walk out and sit for wine instead of getting a bottle to enjoy at the patio. So it’s not a real balcony but we still loved the apt and recommend it for sure.

Good location close to places of interest. Fine host who made arrival and leaving an easy experience. Plenty of space for 4.

Low ceilings. Poor outlook onto neighbouring properties.

João met us at the location. He gifted us courtesy Natas, the infamous Portuguese tarts, which was a lovely surprise. He gave a lovely detailed information e-pack full of tips of how to get around Lisbon and things to do. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The wifi speed was very good. Location of the apartment is excellent. Shops and restaurants are nearby, the tram is nearby and it’s close to the airport, about 20 mins away.

Extremely Central, clean and value for money. Mind you it’s a 4 floor walk up, but they very kindly told me that when I booked and also helped me with my luggage when I checked in. It’s a warm, simple and well kept apartment. João was extremely helpful, gave us lots of tips and a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend and return.

Located in the city center, very friendly host, 3 AC's, enough of space for 4 people. Pet friendly, pets can stay free of charge.

If you have small kids or you unable to get yourself up to the 5 floor it's better to skip this appartment.

Joao kindly waited for us as we were late due to a delayed flight. He was in the doorway as our taxi pulled up, showed us around the place and gave us a list of recommended restaurants around town. The apartment is light and airy, centrally located and public transports like tram, buses and metro are nearby. We liked that things like dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were provided, very thoughtful of our host. Also, the soundproofing is pretty good, even with the tram passing by we were able to sleep without earplugs. There is a big supermarket just a five minutes walk (and one free public elevator!) away.

The double bed is rather worn, too hard on the sides and sagging in the middle.

Perfect location - central to tons of restaurants and tourism opportunities. Excellent decor and furniture. Spacious.

Outstanding host - went out of way to meet us at apt to drop luggage off and come back later when check in time - gave great instructions and tips on neighborhood, where to go etc. Very modern and beautiful apt. - upgraded bathrooms, kitchen, even great decorations .

Needed more soap.
