The condo had plenty of space for everyone. Having two bathrooms worked out great. A/C worked almost too good a times. :) Be sure to hit the lock button on door everytime you leave as per instructions. We forgot to at times but no one entered the unit.

We had the best time. The weather was perfect, the condo was amazing and Sally was the best!!! She communicated with me often and made me feel at home. She is the sweetest!!! The only bad thing about our whole trip was that we had to leave!!! But we plan to come back and make this an annual trip and even bring our families!!!Thanks again!!! BEST VACA EVER!!!!!

I stayed in April 2023 for a girls weekend. Overall, the condo is nice and clean. There were some small details that were not perfect (shower leaked, handprint on the cabinet, and flickering closet light). The property manager, Sally, was wonderful to work with. The building itself could use some updates, the elevators click between floors and the pool area seemed to not get cleaned at night. That being said, the location is fantastic, the Italian restaurant and bar attached is delicious, and the staff is very nice. Would stay here again!

Condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. Located right on the beach. There was a tiki bar on and Italian restaurant on site that made for easy drinks and dinner! Check in was seamless and host was both responsive and very accommodating. Overall great place to stay!

This condo was everything we needed and more! Manager was very prompt and so nice. Grocery store, deli, pizza place, fast food and souvenir shop right across the street! Beach and pool were awesome!! Will definitely return!

Nice Spacious apartamento. Some upkeep needed Sheets and towels old and full of stains. Bedroom’s TVs very limited channels because they are not connected to a provider.

Great location. Host was beyond accommodating and easy to get a hold of for anything. She even accepted our groceries and put everything away and in the refrigerator so it was cold waiting for us.

We were a group of 10 - and there was enough beds/spaces for everyone. The condo is located right on the beach, which was super convenient! The condo was also a short Uber ride away from everywhere we went while we were in Ft. Lauderdale. The condo met all our expectations!

I recent had a girls weekend here! The condo was very clean and had great space for 7 girls to stay. The property manager was super friendly and helped us out if we need anything. I will be staying here again for sure! The hotel tiki bar was a hit!

Our weekend stay was great! The owners were responsive and accommodating. It was great going straight out onto the beach or just laying by the pool. Everything is relativity close by for a fun day or night out. We definitely would stay again!

The condo was in the perfect location and had everything that we needed within a mile radius. The staff was amazing and I have not one negative comment to make. Looking forward to next year.

A few of my girl friends and myself got together for a small celebration and it was absolutely amazing! Our host was able to make some special request occur in a timely manner and made sure we had the perfect weekend getaway! Recommend for everyone!

Excellent condo. Our host Lauren was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again. Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool area and tiki bar!

We had a good time staying at the condo. Perfectly fit my group of 8. The place was clean, well stocked and property managers very responsive. Small issues like one of the bathroom sinks being clogged and the shower getting water onto the floor quite a bit, but these things are easily remedied and didn’t make a big impact on our trip. Definitely agree that the hotel in general is a younger crowd and the tiki bar gets rowdy. If you have young children maybe consider another place. Overall would def recommend!

This place is filthy!! Blood stain on the bedroom door, walls were so dirty, toilet had urine in and fecal stains on it, drawers were broken, futons were covered in stains, towels looked like they were from a thrift store, broken tiles filled with dirt, the AC vents were covered in years of dust, long hairs all over the furniture and floors, furniture is all chipped, scratched, cheap/old, you name it, I’ve never seen anything this gross… And to top it off the bunk bed room had no air conditioning, it was 100 degrees in that room… Needless to say we left and had to get a hotel…. I called vrbo and emailed the owner and no one got back to me until I called again the next day to get a refund, the owner offered another place that could not accommodate all of us (and based on this property I’m sure it wasn’t clean) she said she could have her cleaning crew come but it was beyond “minor” cleaning as she said, and to fix the AC issue she offered a fan (to blow around the hot air)… nothing like the pictures, no nice rolled white towels by any means… Do yourself a huge favor and keep looking!! I am still calling everyday to get any kind of a refund!! I have pages of unanswered texts message which I know she has read

Although we enjoyed our stay , we were missing a few essentials like extra TP and wash clothes. Beautiful beaches and tiki bar and a wonderful bar and Italian restraint in the lobby that plays live music Weds. and Thursday nights. Loved the valet parking . Wish we had a balcony . Place was adequate but could use a few mamtamence updates.

Everything worked out great for our families for Spring Break. Condo was nice, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Area was fun, with lots to do within walking distance, but we had a vehicle to explore more. Wouldn’t definitely stay here again

Incredible experience! Our host Lisa could not have been more helpful from the entire booking process through the end of our trip. The condo was very clean fully, stocked with all of the essentials, with fantastic views of the city! The resort itself has everything you could ask for. I know I will be back in the future and would highly recommend their beautiful condo to anybody looking to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Thanks again!

Location ideal! Roomy with very comfortable beds. The tiki bar downstairs has great food and drinks and it overlooks the beach. Staff was also very friendly.

A few things that should be clarified if you are thinking of renting. This is two bedrooms. The third bedroom is connected to second and only has a small space with bunk beds. Too small of space for 6 adult women. My be fine for couples. The space reeked of marijuana from time you got off elevator and within unit. Great is you use it. Not so great if u don’t. Safety hazard issue. You can open the windows from 9 th floor. Nothing blocking a child from going on out Stocked well with dishes and approximately 30 knives, but missing things like wash clothes, wine glasses and blankets. There was one small thin blanket. I did call property manager and was told there were more inside couch. I slept with a beach towel. For the price of this unit I was disappointed that the only view was out of one dirty window. We spent most of our time on beach. Rental fees for umbrellas and chairs. If you go to beach with bags and coolers, you will be accosted by employees of the building telling you you must buy your drinks from them. Tiki bar is a great on site feature, but after noon gets filled with questionable sorts. The bartenders and manager was excellent Parking was 10 for every night. I was very disappointed given the price I paid. Only if you are interested in spending a lot of dough for less than average stay and are a complete party animal, would Zi recommend.

I stayed here for a bachelorette party, and we had a great experience. The check in process was very easy. We had guests getting in at all different times and Lisa was very accommodating. She was also very responsive throughout the trip. The beds we’re very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The condo itself was a great place as well, in a perfect location right on the beach. The tiki bar was a great place to hangout for drinks too. Would highly suggest staying here!

Stayed here with five friends for a bachelorette party. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The condo is right on the beach and we definitely took advantage of the coffee shop, tiki bar, and free luggage storage that is available at this property. Would stay here again.

Lisa was very responsive and answered every question we had seemingly within minutes. It was overall wonderful experience!!
