I thought the location was very good and the facilities and room were satisfactory .

I did not like the fact that I was told via email that I could have an early check in (3 pm instead of 4) and a late check out (12 pm) and then was told the day of checking out that I had to be out by 11. I informed the manager that I had been granted a late check out via email the day of booking but the manager very rudely stated that that must have been a mistake and that I had to be out by 11. She also stated that she would grant me access to a private bathroom if I checked out at 11 like she was doing me a huge favor but the private bathroom she was referring to was the one by the pool that was always open to anyone . Also to make matters worse , about 10 minutes before 11 I went upstairs to get my packed suitcases and to go to the bathroom one last time and I could not even enter the room as it would not take my room key. So I had to go back downstairs and let her know then she had to call someone to come open it ! Such an inconvenience . This final day was the only day of full sun that I had on my whole 4 day trip as it rained the other days so the fact that I was told online I could check out at 12 then the day of told I had to be out at 11 then on top of that not even being able to get in my room at 10:45 to get my suitcases made my last day not enjoyable either . She allowed other guests to check out late because they told me they got a late check out. And she let guests check in as early as 11 am which made the pool area over crowded most of the time . There seem to be quite a few older regulars that come there often in groups and they seem to dominate the few unbrella tables that are there. These same people would also get up early in the morning and put towels on their chairs and tables so no one else would get them but they would not even be out there using them . The pool is overcrowded and not very roomy so when you have families checking in as early as 11 am and late check out families it makes for a crowded pool!

Stay here every year (1 or 2 times) Staff is so nice and accommodating. Very safe place to stay with kids. Nighttime security is great. Right on the A1A strip. Right across from the beach. Walking distance from CVS and many restaurants. Can hang out on the roof top watching the ocean or people. There are iguanas big or small but not that big of a deal. Also expected since they are everywhere in FL.

Home away from home!! Spacious room with full kitchen and supplies. Great staff! My room had a balcony which I really enjoyed.The 9ft pool is the best! We will return again..

Beautiful view of beach and right across the street for easy access. I expected a studio with a Murphy but was surprised by opening the door and seeing a spacious one bedroom apartment. Bedroom decor was very appealing plus the TV in the living room and bedroom both had cable and movies.

Is there any way to potty train the iguanas ? Althought they are quite interesting to watch they leave quite a mess. I did notice the staff doing their best to clean up after them.

Perfect location with pool overlooking the water. No pomp and circumstance, just facilities you need at an affordable price in unbeatable location right next to the Ritz.

It's a South Florida problem but the iguanas near the pool and their excrements are so annoying.
